Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion (Rapid setting –RS1) complying with IS:8887, spraying the bitumen emulsion with mechanically operated spray unit at the rate specified below, cleaning and preparing the existing pavement surface as per specifications complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. If the actual quantity of bitumen varies from the quantity specified, necessary cost adjustment for deviation in the quantity of bitumen shall be done as per rate in actual supply voucher from nearest refinery at the time of execution. The rate of bitumen emulsion exclusive of GST shall only be considered for payment. a) 0.20 Kg/Sqm on existing bituminous surface
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.
White washing with lime to give an even shade : New work (three or more coats)
Painting of Taxiway,/Apron marking with retro reflective road marking paint of superior make with Air / Airless spray applications including the application of high index glass beads (TTB 1325 type III and having refractive index 1.90 or greater). The painting shall be done for the existing Taxiway /Apron markings as per the recommended dimensions as per direction of Engineer -in-charge. The existing surface shall be cleaned thoroughly off dirt, dust, scales, oil grease etc. before application of the paint.(The painting to be applied should have a single coat coverage of @0.50 litre per sqm for paint and 500 grms per sqm for glass beads)
Painting runway / taxi track / apron marking with adequate no. of coats to give uniform finish with road marking paint of superior make as approved by the Engineer-in-charge i/c cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and other foreign material etc. and lining out complete. New work (Two or more coats)
Providing, laying and fixing of self-adhesive glass fibre reinforcement grid of High Modulus Fibre Glass of mesh size not exceeding 12.5mm x 12.5mm. The self-adhesive glass fibre reinforcement after laying over the Runway Pavement shall be pressed down fully with a rubber tired roller and glued to pavement surface. The grid being self-adhesive does not require tack coat. The longitudinal overlap should not be less than 250mm and transverse overlap i.e. at the end of the roll should not be less than 150mm. The items should be completed in all respect, to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
Installation, Testing and Commissioning of inset fitting with core cutting, aligning and setting i/c providing sealing material and installation of Isolating Transformer, Crimping / Jointing of Plug receptacles, laying of secondary lead in existing GI pipe including other material required for commissioning except fixture, secondary lead, plug & receptacles & isolating transformer etc. as required as per tender specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Supply of Guidance signage board (IP57 protection) complying ICAO standard of various sizes fabricated from anodized aluminium profile structure, Cabinet shall have sign face made out of glare free polycarbonate sheet resistant to ultraviolet absorption, of thickness not less than 4mm including lettering. Lettering/Sign shall be in scripted/screen painted on the inside of the sign face.
