Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep in soft/ loose soil for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pierholes, cable etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidatioin complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor for laying floor finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15-18 mm thick (square/ rectagular) coloured GRC (Glassfibre reinfoced concrete) tiles polished,area of each tiles exc 0.18 sqm and not exceeding 0.36 sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified. Make - Unistone/ NTC or equivalent make as approved by GE

M&L 10 mm thick (square/ rectagular) coloured GRC (Glassfibre reinfoced concrete) tiles polished,area of each tiles exc 0.18 sqm and not exceeding 0.36 sqm , in skirting/ dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified. Make - Unistone/ NTC or equivalent make as approved by GE

Material & Labour stainless steel (Grade 304) hollow tubes, plates etc. as in flag post including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified

Use and waste for Formwork to sides of concrete in foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for fair finished surface of concrete complete all as specified

M&L for use and waste formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions shape rectangular or polygonal for fair finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete in 1:1.5:3 Type A-1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) (1:1.5:3 ) type A1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and strut etc complete all as specified. Note :- Reinforcement & formwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and above, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 16 but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified

S&F mild steel framed work as in grills, grating etc. with end of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes: frame guard bars: barred iron doors: ladders: frame balusters: walk ways: railing: frame work of water tanks and similar works confirming to Fe- 410 or F-310-0 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of new steel sufaces exc 10 cm witdh or grith and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil/material not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L two coat of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer, on walls over and including 2-3 mm thick wall care putty including preparation of wall surfaces complete all as specified

S & F 110 mm bore UPVC (SWR) pipe of pressure rating 4kgf/cm2 single socketed in any length with rubber ring, fixed on wall/ laid in trenches complete all as specified

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
