Anutone Soft ACT GLD - Z Bar or approved equivalent make - Supply and Installation of ACT GLD UL certified, Green Cross labeled, wide Colour choice, hardened Square/Radius/Bevel edge, Guilford Fabric wrapped Glass fibre core panel of size 600x1200x25mm ,installed by using GI strut & Z bars. The GI strut systems includes Cross channel (CC22) having thickness 0.45mm, knurled web 40, depth 10mm and equal flanges 15mm is fastened to wall positioned vertically in a regular manner at 600mm c/c. GI Z bars having 40mm height, thickness 1.2mm is first fixed behind the panels by identifying resin spots by using suitable fasteners. Clean exposed surfaces of wall ensure walls are in plumb line before installing GI CC22 on wall (provide necessary packing shims if required). ACT GLD Square edge panels are then slided into the Z bars fixed on wall.

Providing , supplying, loading, unloading, storage, installation and fixing of executive natural Leather Chair consists of :- a) Seat and back assembly:-The seat shall be made up of 1.2cm +/- 0.1 cm thick hot pressed plywood & upholstered with leather and moulded polyurethane foam. The back shall be designed with contoured shape for extra comfort and made up of combination of 12mm ( 4mm x 3 layers) thick hot pressed plywood and 37mm thick, 32 Density U foam. Size of back shall be (W)-55.0cm, (H)-70.50cm & size of seat shall be (W)-51.0cm x (D)-49.0cm. PU foam should be used in making seat which shall be moulded with density 55 +/- 5 kg/m ³ and hardness load 15-20 kgf for 50% compression. b)Base:- The pedestal shall be made of die-cast polished aluminium . It shall be fitted with 5 nos twin wheel castor. The size of the pedestal shall be 65.0 +/- 0.5 cm pitch-centre-dia (70.0 +/- 1.0 cm with castors). The twin wheel castors shall be injection moulded in black polypropylene. c) Handle armrest:- The armrests should made of black integral skin polyurethane with 50-70 shore 'A' Hardness and reinforced with M.S insert. . Compactor Height form ground shall be 2080mm (1980 body + 65 undercarriage + 35 channel system).Compactor Shall Consist of 01 Static +4 Twin Body and 1 Singal Last Drive Body+Rails. Each shelf made of 0.8mm thick CRCA steel sheet shall be provided with 10 no of folds with an additional stiffner spot welded at the bottom. Insert type label holder shall be provided for indexing and easy identification of the contents of the unit and shelves. Drive Type Configuration movement of units is achieved mechanically through a PU Drive wheel and ‘Sprocket-Chain-Tensioner’s arrangement mounted rigidly onto body side.
