Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old work ( one or more coats ), to give an even shade as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade .Two or more coats on new work

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work

Demolishing reinforced cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars properly and disposal of unserviceable material with all lifts and upto 50 m lead etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto floor five level excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-

Dismantling old plaster or pointing, raking out joints, cleaning and preparing the surface for replastering or re-pointing including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer- incharge.

Providing structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying apriming coat of approved steel primer all complete as required.

25mm thick PVC flush door shutters upto 737mm width of colour and shade as approved by Engineer-incharge made out of a one piece Multi chamber extruded PVC section of the size of 762mm X 25mm or less as per requirement with an average wall thickness of 1 mm ± 0.3 mm . PVC foam end cap of size 23 × 10 mm are provided on both vertical edges to ensure the overall thickness of 25 mm . An MS tube having dimensions 19mm × 19 mm is insetred along the hinge side of the door. Core of the door shutter should be filled with High Density Polyurethane foam. The Top & Bottom edges of the shutter are covered with an end-cap of the size 25×11 mm . Door shutter shall be reinforced with special polymeric reinforcements as per manufacturers' specification and drawing to take up necessary hardware and fixtures complete. Stickers indicating the locations of hardware will be pasted at appropriate places.

Providing and fixing factory made door frame (single rebate) made of solid PVC foam profile with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin having 60mm width & 30mm thickness and shall be fixed to wall as per instructions of Engineer-In-Charge using 100x8 sheet metal CSK screws.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veeners on both faces of shutters.25mm thick (for cupboard) including ISI marked nickel plated bright finished M.S. piano hinges with necessary screws.
