Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/ Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. : All works above plinth and upto floor V level: Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 300 kg /cum Note: Extra cement up to 10% ofthe minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the minimum specified cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.

The existing surface to be grinded and cleaned for preparation of the substrate to which the Roller/Brush applied Smart Care Ultron of Asian Paints Roof Deck Coatings system is applied thoroughly to leave a sound base for the application. Any laitance present on the surface must be removed mechanically then the surface shall be primed using a two component, fast drying, and high performance solvent based epoxy primer apcoflor HFP 120/130(200gram/Sq.mt); Smart Care Epoxy Primer to improve their adhesion to existing concrete substrate. Coating Application: Providing and applying two- component brush/roller applied high performance, solvent free Hybrid Polyurea polyurethane waterproofing membrane Smartcare Ultron with excellent adhesion, abrasion resistance and durability, based on specially designed advanced polyurea-polyurethane chemical which forms a uniform, elastic, waterproof, vapor permeable sealing layer after application and curing forming a seamless cast in situ membrane providing high Mechanical, chemical, thermal, UV and weather resistance properties at a consumption of minimum 1.65 kg/sqm in 2 coats.
