Taking out vegetation / water weeds and floating materials from the oxidation ponds of size 124mx 46m (Approx) and removing to a distance not exceeding 50 Metres and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 M above the starting point including surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in soft loose soil on the the embankment of the oxidation pond,complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out vegetation / water weeds and floating materials from the oxidation ponds of size 84mx 31m (Approx) and removing to a distance not exceeding 50 Metres and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 M above the starting point including surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in soft loose soil on the the embankment of the oxidation pond,complete all as specified and directed.

Declogging and cleaning of floor trap/nahani trap/gully trap and clearing of blockage for clog free flowing of waste water upto the first manhole,complete all as specified and as directed.

Declogging and clearing of blockage of IWC/ EWC/ Urinal by removing chocked wastes/silt and mud etc., including removal of debris from site and washing down thoroughly for free flowing of waste upto 1st manhole and finally cleaning the washroom/toilet with clear water throughly or removal of debries/dirt etc.,complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of sewage line,100 mm bore, between manhole using the cleaning devices in compliance of Section 5 and protective gear and safety devices in compliance of Section 4 of 'The Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Act, 2013' and clearing of blockage for clog free flowing of sewage, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Center line length of the sewage line excluding the intermediate manhole(s) will be measured.

Cleaning of sewage line,150 mm bore, between manhole using the cleaning devices in compliance of Section 5 and protective gear and safety devices in compliance of Section 4 of 'The Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Act, 2013' and clearing of blockage for clog free flowing of sewage, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Center line length of the sewage line excluding the intermediate manhole(s) will be measured.

Bailing out water content in liquid/semi liquid state from sewage in septic tanks/ sewage sumps/manholes/soakage pits etc upto the top of sludge level/aggregate fillings by using the mechanical cleaning devices in compliance of section 5 and protective gear and saftey devices in compliance of Section 4 of "The Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Act 2013" by blocking temporarily the inlet line with suitable size wooden plugs and removing/discharging water content in liquid/semi liquid to a distance n exc 50 mtr away from starting point and depositing in pits not exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth, returning filling in of pit after soaking of water including sprinkling of bleaching powder over the trenches and including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of septic tanks/sewage sumps /blocked manholes etc by blocking temporarily the inlet line with suitable size wooden plugs and bailing/pumping out water in liquid/semi liquid states and scraping out sludge, organic matter/inorganic matter, soft/semi solid material using the mechanical cleaning devices in compliance of section 5 and protective gear and saftey devices in compliance of Section 4 of "The Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Act 2013" and removing sludge to a distance n exc 50 mtr away from starting point and depositing in pits not exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth, returning filling in of pit after soaking of water including sprinkling of bleaching powder over the trenches and including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Solid deposits after dewatering will be considered for measurement purpose after cleaning)

Taking out deposited mud,silt, waste etc. form drains or channels of bed width not exceeding 60 cm, including removing mud, silt, waste etc. to a distance not exceeding 50 Metres and depositing where directed at a level n.exc.1.5 M above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairs to existing gully traps of internal size (Approx) 700 mm (L) x 570 mm (B) x 300 mm (D) by taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.and rendering 10 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) on fair face of brickwork or concrete surface and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement,complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil , complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soft/loose soil, including, spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 Metres and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) Type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:5:10) type E2 using 40 mm graded aggregate in filling of sunken floors,including demolition of existing cement concrete(un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in surface channels and drains including demolition of existing cement concrete(un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for,complete all as specified and directed.

Notes:- (i) The existing ridge, valley, cladding to wall and gutters etc. sheets are deemed to be dismantled along with the roofing sheets. (ii) Old unserviceable sheets will be sold to the Contractor under relevant item in Schedule of Credit.

Refixing/Restringing/Retightening of existing knotted bird proofing net, mesh size 25 mm x 25 mm, 1mm thick,complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Existing serviceable knotted bird proofing net shall be refixed/re stringed/ re-tightened. (ii) The bird proofing net shall be refixed/re stringed/re-tightened in technical structures at a height of 12 Metres to 20 Metres above floor level. (iii) Requisite safety arrangements for workers shall be ensured by the Contractor during refixing/re stringing/re-tightening of bird proofing net. (iv) The netting work shall be executed in such a manner that it will not become an obstacle for repair works of light fittings and its electrical connections in the technical structure (s). (v) Damaged nails,clips,tying ropes,turn buckles,SS wire,rawal plugs,anchor fastners,cable ties,cup hooks etc.shall be replaced with new ones on the borders of the net (s) as per manufacturer's instructions during refixing/tightening so as to acheive a flawless finish and the cost of replacement of damaged fixing arrangement (s) shall be deemed to included in the quoted rate.

Materials and Labour for machine cut Kota stone slab 18-20 mm in raisers of steps, skirting, dado and pillar, laid over and including 10 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:3) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and including dismantling existing stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.laid,bedded in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for,cleaning surfaces of concrete floor by picking,sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc,filling up cracks,pores etc. with epoxy mortar and applying anti static epoxy based self levelling top coat of approved tint (semi gloss finish) to yield a thickness of 5 mm over a coat of epoxy primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for two single core FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed cable1.50 Sq. mm. (Nominal area) with stranded copper conductor cable, 1100 Volts grade, drawn in and including PVC casing & capping and continuous earth wire of single core FRLSH PVC insulated, unsheathed cable 1.50 Sq. mm (nominal area) with stranded copper conductor cable, 1100 Volts grade for circuit/sub main wiring including taking down carefully existing copper/aluminium circuit/ submain wirings of any size (2 runs single core and earth continuity) complete including PVC casing capping/ PVC conduit/Steel Conduit with fittings etc, removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.,complete all as specified and directed.
