Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in earth work lift upto 1.50 metre stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metre clear from the edge of the excavation and then returing the stacked soil in 15 cm layer, when required in to plinth sides of foundations e tc consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed in all leads and lifts of 20 metres complete in all respect.and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement:5 sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ) with 15 % plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls/ breast walls, the size of plums shall usually be 150 mm. to 300 mm. as per H.P.P.W.D specifications in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1cement:4 sand:8 crushed stone agg. 40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3(1cement:1.5 sand:3 crushed stone agg.20mm nominal size )& curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:

Foundation footing bases of columns atc. and mass concrete in all leads and lifts.

Columns, pillars , posts and struts:- Square, rectangular or polygonal in plain in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frames 30x30x5 mm, so as to give a fair finish including centering ,shuttering, propping etc.with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for-in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors,roofs,landing and the like floors etc.200mm thickness in all leads and lifts.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillaster,buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like in all leads and lifts.

Foundation footing bases of columns atc. and mass concrete in all leads and lifts.

Edges of slab and breaks in floors and walls under 20 cm wide in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1cement:2 sand:4 graded stone agg.20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement and reinforced concrete workin:-

Suspended floors,roofs,landing and shelves and their support balconies,beams,girders,bressumers,and cantilvers upto floor two level in all leads and lifts.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending,binding and placing in position compete upto floor two level in all leads and lifts.

Providing and Fixing of Precast concrete manhole cover & frame conforming to IS-12593-1988, part-I and IS 12592-1991, part-II, 500mm diametre medium duty in all leads and lifts.

Testing of Manholes in all respect in allleads and lifts.

Laying, jointing and testing in trenches Centrifugally cast (Spun) ductile iron pipes conforming to BIS-8329-2000 ( latest with up to date ammendments) in length of 5.50 mtr.class K7 with cement mortar lining in side duly ISI marked including cost of Tyton(Push or joints)fittings including testing of joints and rubber gasket(S&R quality)conforming to IS-92820-1989 (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying DI bends class K7 jointed with SDR Tyton Push on joint of 150 mm dia in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying DI Plug class K7 jointed with S.B.R. Tyton Push on joint of 150 mm dia.in all leads and lifts.

Providing 200 mm wide cast iron rungs with chequared or ribbed non slip surface including fixing in manhole with 200 x 200 x 100mm cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand:6 crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) complete in all respect. In all leads and lifts.

Manufacturing supplying and fixing of 1000 liters capacity having size 1.00X1.00X 1.00 Meters MS flushing tank making with MS sheet 3.15 mm thick cost including inlet and out let flanged pipes with sluice valve and flushing pipe, The cost of tank should be include all cutting, welding, carriage and assembling etc. complete with the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In Charge in all leads and lifts.

Providing and Fixing sand cast Iron/ Cast Iron spun spigot and stacked soil waste and ventilating pipe (lead caulked joint to be measured & paid for seprately) in all leads and lifts 100 mm dia.
