Supply, Fixing and Installation of 150W LED Street Light Supplying, fixing, installing, testing and commissioning of 150 W LED street light luminaire suitable for highway road lighting applications, of approved make such as Havells, Bajaj or equivalent approved make, complete with pressure die-cast aluminium housing, high-efficiency LED system having minimum system efficacy of 120–135 lm/W, non-yellowing lens optics and toughened glass cover. The luminaire shall be provided with a fully potted LED driver having inbuilt protection against surge, over-voltage, under-voltage, open-circuit and short-circuit conditions, suitable for operation on the specified electrical supply. The LED street light shall have minimum IP65/IP66 ingress protection and IK08/IK09 impact resistance and shall comply with relevant applicable IEC standards and LM-79/LM-80 requirements. The item shall include all necessary mounting brackets, clamps, connectors, glands, cables, fasteners and accessories required for proper fixing on the existing/new lighting pole or bracket, including alignment, testing and commissioning. The rate shall include supply, transportation, loading, unloading, installation, fixing, electrical connections, labour, tools & tackles, testing, commissioning and all incidental works required for complete and satisfactory operation of the LED street light as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, Fixing and Installation of 350W LED Flood Light for Toll Plaza Canopy Supplying, fixing, installing, testing and commissioning of 350 W LED Flood Light suitable for Toll Plaza Canopy lighting applications, of approved make such as Havells, Bajaj or equivalent approved make, complete with pressure die-cast aluminium housing, high-efficiency LED system having minimum system efficacy of 120 lm/W, non-yellowing lens optics and toughened glass cover. The flood light shall be provided with a fully potted LED driver having inbuilt protection against surge, over-voltage, under-voltage, open-circuit and short-circuit conditions, suitable for operation on the specified electrical supply. The LED flood light shall have minimum IP65/IP66 ingress protection and IK07/IK08 impact resistance and shall comply with relevant applicable IEC standards and LM-79/LM-80 requirements. The item shall include all necessary mounting brackets, clamps, connectors, glands, cables, fasteners and accessories required for proper fixing to the Toll Plaza canopy structure, including alignment, aiming, electrical connections, testing and commissioning. The rate shall include supply, transportation, loading, unloading, installation, fixing, mounting accessories, electrical connections, labour, tools & tackles, testing, commissioning and all incidental works required for complete and satisfactory operation of the LED flood light as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, Laying and Installation of 16 Sq.mm 4-Core Armoured Cable Supplying, laying, testing and commissioning of 16 sq.mm, 4-core, copper/aluminium conductor armoured power cable with XLPE/PVC insulation, galvanized steel wire/tape armour and PVC/PE outer sheath, rated 1.1 kV, suitable for underground, cable trench, duct, industrial and street lighting applications, conforming to relevant provisions of IS 7098 / IS 1554 and IEC 60502, complete in all respects as per approved drawings and specifications. The work shall include supply, transportation, loading, unloading, handling, laying and routing of cable through underground trenches/ducts/cable trays wherever required, including dressing, supporting, clamping, identification and termination at both ends using suitable approved cable glands, crimping-type cable lugs, heat-shrinkable sleeves, ferrules and other necessary accessories. The cable shall be properly tested for insulation resistance, continuity and phase identification before energisation. The rate shall include all materials, cable glands, lugs, ferrules, termination accessories, clamps, supports, jointing materials, labour, tools & tackles, testing equipment, transportation, installation and all incidental works required for satisfactory completion and commissioning of the cable installation as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, Laying and Installation of 1.5 Sq.mm 3-Core Flexible Copper Cable for Street Light Pole Connection Supplying, laying, fixing, testing and commissioning of 1.5 sq.mm, 3-core flexible copper conductor cable suitable for internal wiring and connection of street light poles, with PVC/LSZH insulation and black UV-resistant outer sheath, rated for 300/500 V AC, flame-retardant and suitable for outdoor, overhead, underground and pole-mounted applications, conforming to relevant applicable provisions of IS 694 and IEC 60502-1, complete in all respects as per approved drawings and specifications. The work shall include supply, transportation, loading, unloading, handling, laying and routing of cable from the junction box/terminal box to the LED street light fixture through the pole, including proper dressing, fixing, clamping and supporting with suitable UV-resistant cable ties/clamps and all necessary accessories. The cable shall be properly terminated at both ends using suitable cable glands, copper lugs, ferrules, sleeves and other required termination accessories, including testing for continuity, insulation resistance, polarity and phase identification before energisation. The rate shall include the cost of cable, termination accessories, cable glands, copper lugs, ferrules, sleeves, clamps, cable ties, labour, tools & tackles, testing equipment, transportation, installation and all incidental works necessary for complete and satisfactory connection and commissioning of the street light pole as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, Fixing and Installation of Street Light Feeder Panel with Timer-Based Automation Supplying, fixing, installing, testing and commissioning of a complete street light feeder/control panel suitable for operation of street lighting and high-mast lighting systems, rated for 230/415 V AC, 50 Hz supply, housed in a robust lockable powder-coated sheet steel enclosure with minimum IP54/IP65 degree of protection, complete with timer-based automatic ON/OFF control arrangement, electromagnetic contactor, MCB protection and all necessary electrical components and accessories. The panel shall be provided with provision for 2 to 6 outgoing lighting circuits, suitably rated incoming and outgoing MCBs, electromagnetic contactors of adequate current rating, programmable digital timer/astronomical timer or equivalent approved timer-based automation system, manual override facility for manual ON/OFF operation, indicating lamps for supply and circuit status, neutral link, earth bar, terminal blocks, cable glands, busbars, internal wiring, ferrules, lugs and all other required accessories for safe and reliable operation. The work shall include supply, transportation, loading, unloading, mounting/fixing of the panel on suitable foundation/support, cable entry and termination, internal wiring, connection of incoming and outgoing cables, earthing connections, identification labels, testing and commissioning, including all labour, tools & tackles, consumables and incidental works necessary for complete and satisfactory operation of the street light feeder panel as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, Installation and Commissioning of 12.5 m High GI Double-Arm Street Light Pole Supplying, transporting, erecting, installing, testing and commissioning of 12.5 m high hot-dip galvanized (HDG) tapered tubular steel street lighting pole with double-arm arrangement, suitable for mounting two LED/conventional street light luminaires, fabricated from structural steel conforming to IS 2062 and designed to withstand the applicable wind loads as per IS 875. The pole shall be hot-dip galvanized after fabrication to provide corrosion protection and shall be complete with suitable double-arm brackets, base plate, stiffeners, foundation bolts, nuts, washers and all necessary accessories for proper erection and installation. The work shall include providing suitable RCC foundation of approved grade and dimensions, including excavation, reinforcement, formwork, concrete, grouting, foundation bolt assembly, backfilling and finishing, as required for stable installation of the pole. The pole shall be provided with a suitable cable entry arrangement, access door with lockable cover, terminal block, internal wiring provision and cable routing arrangement for connection of the luminaires. The rate shall include supply, transportation, loading, unloading, storage, excavation, foundation works, erection and alignment of the pole, double-arm bracket, foundation bolts, nuts, washers, cable entry arrangements, internal wiring provision, earthing arrangement, labour, crane/hydra, lifting equipment, tools & tackles, testing, commissioning, traffic management, safety arrangements and all incidental works necessary for complete installation as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, Installation and Commissioning of 12.5 m High GI Single-Arm Street Light Pole Supplying, transporting, erecting, installing, testing and commissioning of 12.5 m high hot-dip galvanized (HDG) tapered tubular steel street lighting pole with single-arm arrangement, suitable for mounting One LED/conventional street light luminaires, fabricated from structural steel conforming to IS 2062 and designed to withstand the applicable wind loads as per IS 875. Supply, Fixing and Installation of 4-Point Terminal Block Supplying, fixing, installing, testing and commissioning of 4-point terminal block, rated 63 A, 500 V AC, suitable for street light feeder panels, distribution panels and pole-to-pole street lighting power supply connections, complete with flame-retardant thermoplastic housing and high-conductivity copper/brass terminals with screw-type connection arrangement. The terminal block shall be suitable for DIN rail mounting and shall have minimum IP20 degree of protection, complete in all respects as per approved specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The work shall include supply and fixing of the terminal block with suitable DIN rail mounting arrangement, screws, end clamps, separators, markers/identification labels, ferrules, cable lugs and all necessary accessories required for secure and reliable termination of incoming and outgoing cables. The item shall include proper electrical connections, tightening, testing for continuity and insulation, identification of circuits and commissioning. The rate shall include all materials, terminal block, mounting accessories, labour, tools & tackles, consumables, testing and all incidental works necessary for complete and satisfactory installation in street light feeder panels and/or street light poles for pole-to-pole supply connections as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing of 16 Sq.mm Cable Lugs Supplying and fixing of suitable compression-type cable lugs for termination of 16 sq.mm, 4-core armoured power cable, manufactured from high-conductivity electrolytic copper, tinned for corrosion resistance, suitable for crimping/compression connection and provided with the required bolt-hole size for secure termination. The work shall include proper stripping of cable insulation, insertion and hydraulic/mechanical crimping of the lug using suitable crimping tools, insulation protection with heat-shrinkable sleeves/tape, connection with suitable bolts, nuts and washers, tightening and testing, complete in all respects as per approved specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall include supply of cable lugs, crimping, heat-shrink sleeves, bolts, nuts, washers, labour, tools & tackles, consumables, testing and all incidental works necessary for proper and safe cable termination.

Supply, Fixing and Installation of 2 Inch Section Pipe Supplying, fixing and installing 2 inch nominal diameter HDPE section pipe of approved quality, suitable for the intended application, including cutting wherever required alignment and fixing in position with necessary clamps, brackets, supports, nuts, bolts, fasteners and other required accessories, complete in all respects as per approved drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall include supply, transportation, loading, unloading, handling, cutting, fixing, labour, tools & tackles, consumables, fasteners, supports and all incidental works necessary for satisfactory completion of the work.

Supply of Contactor Coil for L&T MNX-70 Contactor Supplying of replacement contactor coil suitable for L&T MNX-70, 70 A, 3-Pole Power Contactor, AC-3 duty, with AC-1 rating of 100 A, suitable for 415 V AC system, complete with 220/230 V AC, 50 Hz operating coil, compatible with the existing contactor assembly and conforming to IEC 60947-4-1 or equivalent applicable standards. Sharing an uncorrected BOQ will pass technical errors to bidders, leading to wrong quotes or post-award disputes.

Structural engineering standards (IS 875 / IS 2713 / MORTH) require different civil foundation depth, bolt layout, baseplate thickness, and concrete volume for a 12.5m pole compared to a 10m pole due to higher wind load moments
