SH-I: AMC of FADS
Annual Maintenance Service contract of Microprocessor based Addressable Fire Alarm & Detection (FADS) control panel, battery back up system, all type of photoelectric detectors, multi sensor detectors, response indicators, manual call points, control modules, circuit isolators, multi criteria detectors, monitor modules, hooters including associated wiring work up to main fire control panel installed at various locations of AAI Terminal Building as detailed in the special conditions of the contract etc. complete as required. The work including inspection of system once in a THREE month, servicing of detectors, sensors, panels etc., replacement of minor spares like LED, Diode, transistor, IC etc all areas of Jorhat Airport including attending complaints/breakdown and taking rectification action as required ensuring servicebility/satisfactorily working condition of the system and preventive maintenance by agency etc., complete as required. This also includes labour charges for replacement of any accessories related to complete fire alarm system (spares shall be supplied by AAI).
