Intake Structure .
Excavation in foundation, trenches ( for pipes & pits) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, blasting soft/ hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring /strutting , planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable & unuseable material /soil separately & after laying jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm layers including consolidating of such deposoited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil /unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration unmetalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of engineer-in-charge.

Providing ,fixing and testing of 5.00 Tones capacity gantry Crane and girder as per site requirement 5.00 tones in the above mentioned pump houses (capacity) tested to 10.00 tones ) single girder , power operated overhead traveling crane to suit a span 6.00 meters ( wall to wall )incorporating a Morris balanced spur gear chain pulley block & geared traveled trolley as a lifting and transversing unit fitted with mild steel calibrated hand chain & high tensile steel load chain to suit 6.00 meters height from floor to top of gantry rail as per drawing including main gantry girder , one motor for hoisting ,one motor for cross traverse, two motor for long travel operated from floor level for by means of pen lent push button stations and any other component required for operation of the crane complete including carriage of materials within all lead & lifts the steel work welded in suitable sections including cutting, hosting, fixing in position complete & supply and erection of all suitable rails along longitudinal walls of pump house which serve as track for the moving the girder and all other steel works required of operation of item No.1.9 through out in the length and width of Pump House refer to data sheet 2, 2A and 2B (Booster stage)
Construction of WTP (2.21 MLD)
Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of Water Treatment Plant of 2.21 MLD capacity ( in the shape of rapid sand filter) of RCC construction in concrete design mix of grade M-30 (for hydraulic structures) & M-20 ( for building work) as per proper design & drawing with all structural requirements including cost of construction of cutting for site development , C/o. retaining wall ,civil works, hoisting and errection of all steel works, providing and installation of all mechanical Electrical equipments/accessories, laying of all interconnecting GI/MSERW pipes and scouring arragements from all units with disposal of the same to appropriate place i.e. nearby nallah/khud/natural drainage, all types of valves, fittings and all other contingent works including cost of site development to adjust hydraulic levels as per proper layout contour plan at the bank of Koldam reservior near village Kasol Location) . The treatment plant includes C/O. Inlet chamber, Raw Water Tank,Presetteling tank,parshal flume, Alum solution tanks, Alum solution dozer, Lime solution tanks, Flash mixer , flocculator, Settling tank, Rapid Sand Filter, Back wash arrangement, Back wash pump and piping, Back wash pump house, Disinfection, Clear water tank, Foundation of various units, By Pass arrangement, Scour arrangement, Plant Building, Bearing capacity test, Laboratory equipment and furniture , Interconnecting paths, Walk ways, Boundary Wall, Inlet channel with ultra sonic channel flow meter, Chemical house with chemical handling and feeding arrangements, Providing and fixing of lighting arrangements with CUB LED lights of 25 Watts with in the boundry limit of plant area, The hydraulic design & capacity/sizes of all the important units shall be based on latest guidelines of Manual of Water Supply and Treatment published by CPHEEO, Ministry of Urban development (GOI) New Delhi. CONSTRUCTION OF PUMP HOUSES
Construction of pump house with chowkidar room including internal electrical wiring, water supply and sanitary, other allied items, cost of septic tank and as per drawing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge(.Refer to Data Sheet No. -2, 2a&2b )
Provision for Solar teck stand dusk to dawn automatic operation with 74 watt Panel , 74 Ah tubular battery with 1 x11 watt CFL with two days autonomy with 5 mtres pole.(.Refer to Data Sheet No. - 2, )

CONSTRUCTION OF STORAGE TANKS
Constructing RCC Circular under ground/partial under ground storage reservoirs as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in all kinds and types of strata, soil strata including dewatering in M30 design mix in foundation, walls, bottom slab of roof slab, roof slab/dome with smooth finishing in 1:3 inside the tank, refilling and disposing of surplus stuff with in all leads and lifts, labour and material charges. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MSERW pipes special and valves / acuated valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside CI cowl type ventilator, SFRC manhole covers including frames and covers (medium duty) with proper locking arrangement water level, indicator, RCC frames for all valves ventilating shafts shall also be provided including all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness all works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves shall be included in the rates of tanks. The cost of the actuators and chamber for valves shall be measured and paid for separately.The work shall include supplying of 5 sets of structural design and drawings.

CONSTRUCTION OF BARBED WIRE FENCING AROUND PUMP HOUSE & STORAGE TANKS.
Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil such as pick work,jumper work, blasting work in hard & soft rock and chiesaling work including slushy soil & under flooring water up to all excavated soil up to any lead & lifts from the edge of excavation and then depth and stacking the returning the stacked soil in 15 CM ( fifteen centimetres) layer's when required in to plinth sides of foundation etc. Consolidation each diposited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in all lead of 20 meters in Chiselling /wedging out of rock complete in all respect.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 mix (one cement :Three sand :six stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in Retaining wall as per direction of Engineer- in-Charge with in all lead & lifts.
1.80 mtr high fencing with 2.50 mtr MS angle iron posts 2.50 mtr center to center with nine horizontal lines, 2 diagonals of galvanized steel barbed wire (IS-278-1962 type-I) weigning 9.38kg/100 Rmt strained and fixed to posts (cost of angle iron posts to be paid separately).
Steel work welded in built up single section including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in R.S joists , chhannel angles , tees and similar works and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1Cement, 6Sand ) of Ist class bricks complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts.
Providing and fixing MS sheet 1mm thick Garrage door with frame i.e. 40x40x6 mm angle iron 3.15mm thick sheet plate at junction and corner all necessary fitting complete including priming coat of lead paint as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

RESTORATION OF DAMAGED ROADS(Metalled Road)
Restoration of damages to roads due to laying of pipe including preparation of sub grade, soling, bearing coat metalling tarring and tag coat including restoration of side drain construction of parapet etc complete in all respect as per the relevant IS/HPPPWD specifications shall be applicable in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge on following class of roads included in all leads and lifts of materials. The other specification / requirement as per chapter 6 of vol. II. The restoration of road damaged during the laying of pipe should be as per Vol-II item NO. 6.1& 6.2 The refilling of the trenches / any kind of damage etc to the road/ other property will be done by the contractor / firm. and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.(.Refer to Data Sheet No. - 10 )
Construction of approach Road single lane
C/O approach road 5 to 7 meter wide single lane to various head works including cutting in earth work, construction of site drain, construction of parapets and providing laying 90 to 40 mm size grade-I soling metalling and tarring complete in all respect in a length as per detail given below. Head works Link road from water treatment plant Kasol to intake point 1 KM. The relevant IS/HPPPWD specifications shall be applicable in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge with in all leads and lifts of materials. The construction of approach road should be as per Vol-II item No. 6 of NIT. The Per Kilometer rate include the provision of cutting in earth work, soling, metalling tarring, cross drainage and construction of parapets complete in all respect as per the requirement of NIT Vol-II. SCHEDULE B2 PUMPING MACHINERY
SUBMERSIBLE (RAW WATER TANK)
Providing and installation of Raw water submersible star rated pumpset of KSB / Kirloskar or Approved make conforming to latest BIS code. The pump shall be fitted with single vane impeller of suitable alloy for handling raw water as per IS 5669-1970 having oil/grease packed bearings and stainless steel shaft, wound stator on motor side with shaft protection sleeves on pump side ensuring better life for shaft . The impeller of pump shall be directly mounted on extended submersible sq cage motor shaft conf to BIS 9238-1979 with up to date amendments of 1450 (N) RPM, totally dust and weather proof with detach able pump casing for easy inspection with double mechanical seal, grease/ oil lubricated bearings and provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to withstand vertical loads with minimum wear and tear,It should be fitted with device to take up expanion of water on heating of motor & suitable for operation on 415 +/- 10% volts 3 Phase 50 C/S AC supply. The power of motor should be at least 10% in excess of maximum power required by the pump in complete operating range with mounting stand/ duck foot bend, steel guide wire with mounting hook, lowering chain and standard accessories as supplied by the manufacturers complete, suitable for fulfilling the following requirements:- (Refer Data Sheet No.6 for further details )

CENTRIFUGAL PUMING MACHINERY (CLEAR WATER TANK)
Providing horizontal spindle,horizontal/redial split casing/end suction(Back-pull out arrangements) single/double/multi stage star rated centrifugal pump or combination of pumps, In series/parallel of recommended make such as Mather and Platt/KSB/ Beacon Weir/Kirlosker/BE/Jyoti as per BIS 1520-1980 with upto date ammendments, read with IS:9137-1978 or latest edition suitable for lifting water for under mentioned characterestics with bronze,impellers/priming funnels,casing ring and shaft sleeves of bronze,shaft of steel grade 4508 FN8 with cast iron casing coupled directly through a flexible coupling on a common MS/Cast steel base plate (base plate to be from the manufacturer of the pumping unit only) to slip ring/ squirrel cage screen protected drip proof induction motor /motors of standard make such as Kirlosker/BHEL /Crompton /NGEF /GEC/Siemens/Jyoti /ABB and suitable for operation on 400(+/-)10% volts,50 cycles /second.3 phase AC electric supply. The power of electric motor/motors should be at +10% in excess of the maximum power required by the pump/pumps in the operation range of (+) 10% and (-)15% of the duty poiint head. The motor/motors as per ISI:325:1978 with upto date ammendments read with IS 900:1972. It should include cost of all allied accessories such as penal, electeic equipments, piping work, valves, earthing and any other item contingent there to and should meet the following requirements: .

Providing , laying, fixing, jointing and testing in trenches GMSERW pipe of following dia meters confirming to ISO 3183-2007 (with up to date ammendments), of following grade and having wall thickness as specified below with bevelled ended and capable of withstanding required test pressure in random length of 4 to 7 meters, including specials, short pieces, bends, reducers, tees etc. made from parent tube, including the cost of jointing by way of circumfrenctial butt welding conforming to IS 816-1969 or latest as applicable with up to date ammenments. The MS flanges shall be provided every 15th joint flanged confirming to IS 6392-1971 and remaining butt weld joints. (The cost of flange to be measurede and paid for seperately) The laying of pipe will include all operation such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees etc. including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The pipes shall be factory galvanized (zinc coating both inside and outside) as per relevant IS standards. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked make. (Earth work in trenches be measured and paid for separately).

Providing , laying, fixing, jointing and testing in trenches GMSERW pipe of following dia meters confirming to ISO 3183-2007 (with up to date ammendments), of following grade and having wall thickness as specified below with bevelled ended and capable of withstanding required test pressure in random length of 4 to 7 meters, including specials, short pieces, bends, reducers, tees etc. made from parent tube, including the cost of jointing by way of circumfrential butt welding conforming to IS 816-1969 or latest as applicable with up to date ammenments. The MS flanges shall be provided every 15th joint flanged confirming to IS 6392-1971 and remaining butt weld joints. (The cost of flange to be measurede and paid for seperately) The laying of pipe will include all operation such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees etc. including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The pipes shall be factory galvanized (zinc coating both inside and outside) as per relevant IS standards. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked make. (Earth work in trenches be measured and paid for separately).

Operation & Maintenance
Operation & Maintenance of automation pumping machinery 3610 BHP including working and stand bye ,Rising main and Gravity main in a length of 20015 Mtrs, & for a period of 5 years, including WTP 2.21 MLD, 2 No sump well, 2 Nos Pump house ,yard light, and 3 Nos. underground storage tank complete in all respects to provide potable drinking water to Hrdro Engineering College Bandla & AIIMS at Kothipura Bilaspur properly handling deploying skilled & unskilled employees and data operator at main controling station to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. The Operation and maintenance period shall start after sucessful trial run of three months after commissioning of the project and nothing shall be paid for the period of trial run. (The scope of operation and maintenance of the scheme shall include the total present scope of the project and the cost of chlorine gas used for chlorination shall be born by the firm during the entire maintenance period i.e 5 years).

Gaseous Chlorination Based Disinfection System
Supply, delivery, erection and commissioning of vaccum operated pressure feed chlorination system capable to treat 2.21 MLD water (8 hours pumping) including control panel, chlorinator, interconnecting pipe line, field test kit, Monoblock pump, Chlorine leak detactor, ON-line chlorine anyasyer, gas cylinder, gas tonner etc. complete at WTP site. Provision for online quality Monitoring at storage reservoirs shall be provided. Plant room for installation of above equipments shall also be constructed at the site complete in all respect. The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancillairy works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.
