M&L for construction of Soakage wells excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 1.80m dia X 3.00 m effective depth complete all as per drawing No. CEJZ/TD/29 sheet 1/3 to 3/3.

Taking down & re-routing in tranches of GI/CI/DI upto 150mm dia Pipe line including ring and all work required at site for connection with including requird fitting complete with nuts bolts washers rubber gasket etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- New Pipe and earth work required at site will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for brick masonary valve pit chamber of size 90 cm x 90 cm x 90 cm (internal sizes of chamber ) with and including MS sheet cover fabricated from 3.15 mm thick MS sheet and frame of angle iron 50 mm x 50 mmx5 mm with fixing arrangement, hinges and locking arrangement and painting two coat of synesthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS cover and frame , including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil , returning , filling in approved soil disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtr, 150 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation , brick work in cement motor (1:6), 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:4) (both internally and externally) complete all as specified and directed.

(ii) Supply and application of manure, sweet earth & pesticides, fertilisers, cartage as required etc are included in quoted unit rate during maintenance period. (iv) Cost of hose pipe required for watering will be born by the contractor.
