(c) M&L for Plywood top 12mm thick BWP grade (ISI Marked) and fixing to BED HARD MS TUBING as shown on Drawing No. FD/E6/MAP/08R including taking out unserviceable Plywood Top, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (d) M&L for MIDDLE STIFFENER made out from Mild Steel Square Tube/Pipe 25x25mm of 1.6mm wall thickness, adjusting existing 2 No. Stiffeners and fixing to BED HARD MS TUBING and fixing as shown on Drawing No. FD/E6/MAP/08R, applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (as approved) by spray painting machine over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

(f) M&L for Mild Steel Cleat of size 25x25x6mm with single hole on Short rails for support of Plywood Top and fixing to BED HARD MS TUBING and fixing as shown on Drawing No. FD/E6/MAP/08R, applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (as approved) by spray painting machine over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

(g) M&L for Complete removing/scrapping old worn out Paint on Steel Surfaces of BED HARD MS TUBING as shown on Drawing No. FD/E6/MAP/08R by Sand Paper/Scrapper and applying One Coat of Synthetic Enamelled Paint (as approved) by Spray Painting Machine over a coat of red oxide zinc Chrome Primer including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and as directed.
