M&L SWG drain pipe 200 mm internal dia, grade `A' laid in trenches & jointed in cement mortar 1:1 complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge.

M & L PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregrate) as in bed of drain pipes including packing under and haunching against sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 200 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge.

M & L for brick work with Sub class ‘B’ Bricks (using old size bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3 :6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2 :4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in , channel & drain complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drains & channels 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds etc complete all as specified and directed (Inner girth only measured).

M&L precast RCC 1:2 :4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in manhole covers incl necessary form work and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT steel reinforcement bars 8 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required incl cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of MS framed work such as grills, gratings ,gate,etc with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bar, barred iron door, ladders, framed balusters, walk way, railings frame work of water tank and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gde E165, incl two coats of synthetic enamel paints over one caot of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches incl spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50m & depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above from starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pin/Post type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator, including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 Volt grade, complete all as specified.

S & F Shakel/Disc type insulator with hardware fittings, porcelain, vitreous 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green, with tension clamps for conductor, working pressure 11000 volts, complete all as specified.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Automatic Power Factor correction (APFC) Panel for 3 Phase, 415 V & 50 Hz system of capacity 120 KVAR with 5 steps (2x10 + 2x25 + 50) in sheet metal enclosure outdoor type, double door, IP-65, platform mounted, dust and virmen proof made 3.15 mm CRCA sheet duly powder coated in smoke grey paint, incoming MCCB 160 amps, capacitor duty contactor of suitable capacity for each capacitors, control panel, relays, phase indicators, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The contracor sahll submit drawing of APFC panel & single line diagrame before ordering. (ii) Cost of PCC foundation as per OEM recommendation is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. NOTE: The unit rate includes earth strip and new GI protection pipe upto (maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate) earth point/test point. All as per Item No-34 above but Copper electrode 600mmx600mmx3mm thick and copper strip 25mmx3mm thick. (Neutral earthing of Transformer-2)

Shifting of existing LT Panel :- M & L for Shifting of Existing Outdoor LT Panel complete with disconnecting all incoming and outgoing cables and re-fixing the same to its new location complete with removal of cable loops of incoming & outgoing cable and earthwork including new PCC foundation all as direcetd at site within 50 Mtrs radius.

Dismantling of LT Over Head line and Pole :- Dismantling Steel pole any length from its position including all insulators, cross-arms, brackets including excavation, breaking PCC and matching with the existing ares complete all as specified.

Dismantling and taking down ACSR conductor from over head line 4 runs of 50 running meters complete all as specified.

Dismantling and taking down Stay assembly including PCC all as specified.

Material and Labour for cutting exisitng steel tubing of dia 50mm for alterations or additions (Each cut measured) and screwing to existing steel steel tubing complete all as specified and as directed
