Excavation of earth for drain in soil mixed with shingle ,bajri, and boulder strata lift up to 1.5 m. lead up to 30m. Including reffiling, watering, remaining lf excavated earth into the trenches and removal of surplus earth up to a distance of 60m from trenches including supply of labour T&P etc. all complete.

upto 1.50 M depth

PCC with 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand and cement in proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion

Brick work with common burnt clay bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix :(1 cement: 4 fine sand) sqm

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs balconies shelves,chajjas,lintels,bands,etc.above plinth level up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering shuttering finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3

TMT steel work in RCC work wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of work including supply of steel and wastage etc.

Centering and shuttering including strutting,roping and removal of forms

Providing, hoisting and fixing up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete in small lintels not exceeding 1.5m clear span including the cost of required centering shuttering but excluding the cost of reinforcement 1:1.5:3 for pre cast cover

Dismantling of c.c road for construction of drain including disposal from site of work.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (in cement mortar)

Reinstatement of damaged road between road and out side wall of drain, etc.

Providing and fixing of MS steel grating of having size as per width of drain with openable frame fixed in outer and inner frame

Disposal of excavated earth and rubbish beyond municipal area

Reinstatement & shifting of domestic household water connection 15-20 mm dia.

Reinstatement & shifting of domestic Sewer connection up to 100 mm dia

Cleaning of Existing drain, dewatering of waste water, barricading of trenches
