Comprehensive Maintenance Contract for existing 4 x 300 TR HVAC System, AHU's, and Air conditioning management system (BMS) as per the List of Installations enclosed as (PS Annexure-I), by carrying out Preventive Maintenance Inspections, Repairs, replacement of spares by deploying technically qualified & trained manpower as per the enclosed Special conditions of contract, Particular specifications, and Preventive maintenance check list (PS Annexure-III) etc. complete as required.

Annual Maintenance Contract for 2 x 300 TR HVAC System and Air conditioning Management system as per the List of Installations enclosed as (PS Annexure-II) , by carrying out Preventive Maintenance Inspections by deploying technically qualified & trained manpower during the defect liability period as per OEM recommendations, as per the enclosed Special conditions of contract, Particular specifications, and Preventive maintenance check list(PS Annexure-III) etc. complete as required.

Comprehensive Maintenance Contract for 2 x 300 TR HVAC System and Air conditioning Management system as per the List of Installations enclosed as (PS Annexure-II) , by carrying out Preventive Maintenance Inspections, Repairs, replacement of spares by deploying technically qualified & trained manpower as per the enclosed Special conditions of contract, Particular specifications, and Preventive maintenance check list (PS Annexure-III) etc. complete as required. (After Defective liability period).

Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of water softening plant of capacity 12,000 lph as per (PS Annexure-I) used for HVAC system which includes replacement of spares excluding Marble coarse sand, Activated Carbon and Resin, daily inspection and attending to complaints and repair work by deploying technically qualified & trained manpower as per the enclosed Special conditions of contract, Particular specifications, and Preventive maintenance check list (PS Annexure-III) etc. complete as required.

Running, Operation of 4 x 300 TR Screw Plant + 2 x 300TR Centrifugal chiller HVAC plant and associated Equipments / installations viz. Screw Chillers, Chilled water and Condenser water pumps, Cooling towers, AHU's, Water Softener plant, Make-up water tank, expansion tank, MCC Panel, BMS system etc. as specified in special conditions and Particular specifications enclosed. The Job includes satisfactory day-to-day operation by deploying required manpower(in 3 shifts of Eight hours each) & preventive / routine maintenance checks of the systems as per maintenance schedules enclosed in the tender, attending to minor complaints, repairs / rectifications, maintenance of records/ registers as per the enclosed special and particular specifications etc complete as required.(Installation of 2x300 TR Centrifugal Chiller is in progress. It will be handed over for operation on completion of commissioning of the plant.(Minimum manpower to be deployed by the Contractor: Highly skilled -01no, Skilled - 3 nos. Semi-skilled - 4 & Un-skilled Helper - 07 nos. )

Providing Crystal salt suitable for regeneration of softener plant mentioned in BOQ item No. 4.

Replacement of Marble coarse, sand, Activated Carbon for Softener Plant suitable for BOQ item No. 4.

Rate for Rs. 5,00,000/- per year work executed from DSR 2022 (Electrical) schedule and cost worked out on the basis of DSR 2022 (Electrical) only excluding GST. [Note : The rate may be quoted in the following manner - (i) If quoted rate is Rs. 4,46,428/- (Against Rs. 5,00,000/-) then the percentage will considered as 0% above / below DSR 2022. (ii) If quoted rate is Rs. 4,01,785/- (Against Rs. 5,00,000/-) then the percentage will considered as 10% below DSR 2022. (iii) If quoted rate is Rs. 4,91,071/- (Against Rs. 5,00,000/-) then the percentage will considered as 10% above DSR 2022.

Replacement of PVC fills of suitable size and thickness for 360TR cooling tower (Make : PAHARPUR, Series CF3, Model No. 36276 TB) & dismantling of existing fills and taking them away for proper disposal by the contract.

Supply of cleanable Air Pre-Fliter suitable for floor mounted AHU with a box type aluminium frame having minimum thickness of 1.6 mm with one layer of Synthetic non woven sandwitched between two layers of HDPE mesh, held by suitable adhesive and one layer of aluminium mesh supported by rigid metal spacers. The construction of Air Pre-filter shall be robust, rigid and suitable to withstand water jet presuure for cleaning from the opposite side of airflow having efficiency 90% down to 10 micron and face velocity not exceeding to 500 feet per Minute for following size of filters.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commisioning of centrifugal Monoblock pump set having discharge of 25lps at head of 6 meters suitable for delivery pipe of size 100mm X 100mm and to operate on 3 phase, 50HZ AC supply. The submersible pump to be installed as per the site consitions on suitable metal frame, on concrete foundation along with the operating panel including all necessary protections like Dry run, over load,over voltage, undervoltage, single phase preventer, etc.. Impeller, motor body, delivery casing to be Cast Iron and Shaft to be Stainless steel , suitable to operate on 415-440volts, 50Hz , operated on three phase AC power supply etc., complete as required.
