Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting/ filling etc complete with power roller exc 8 tonne but n exc 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for soling (or sub base) 150 mm Spread thickness with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, in two layer (consolidated thickness 75 m or less) rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam exc 50mm but n exc 100 mm deep, surfaces in area n exc 400 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam with binder content of 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 grade, laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and directed. Note :(i) Aggregates for Bituminous works shall confirm to clause No 20.B.2.5 of SSR 2009 Part- I (ii) Based on job mix formula, in case the binder content (i.e. Bitumen) is less than the content specified under these items then a minus adjustment @ Rs 45/- per kg of bitumen (less consumed) shall be applied on the quoted rate of contractor against these items, hence the quoted rate of contractor shall be reduced based on less content of bitumen required as per job mix formula. However, no price adjustment on plus side shall be made for increase of quantity of bitumen in case of required as per job mix formula. (iii) Design Mix for bituminous macadam shall be carried out through an authorised testing lab and the cost of testing shall be included in quoted rate. (iv) Premix bituminous macadam shall be mixed in hot mix plant, transportated from plant to work site and laid /spread by means of mechnical paver.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metre VG-10 (Paving bitumen) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sq metre VG-10 (Paving bitumen) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed carpet, 40 mm consolidated thickness, with 0.54 cum of stone chippings mixed with 29.20 kg of binder VG-30, laid and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient and sealed with premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cum of sand mixed with 6.8 kg of bitumen, VG-10 applied and rolled to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : Premix bituminous macadam shall be mixed in hot mix plant, transportated from plant to work site and laid /spread by means of mechnical paver.

M&L for bituminous premixed carpet, 30 mm consolidated thickness, with 0.40 cum of stone chippings mixed with 21.90 kg of binder VG-30, laid and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient and sealed with premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cum of sand mixed with 6.8 kg of bitumen, VG-10 applied and rolled to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : Premix bituminous macadam shall be mixed in hot mix plant, transportated from plant to work site and laid /spread by means of mechnical paver.

M&L in repair continuous brick edging using burnt clay bricks of sub class B old size bricks; with width equal to the width of the brick; laid dry on end vertically including necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying hot applied thermoplastic compound (paint) 2.50 mm thick including reflecting glass beads, finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH specification No. 803 as per IRC, painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads, pavements etc exc 10 cm wide with road marking paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders of guage n. exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in benching, coping including necessary form work, weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floor and paving n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) exc 10 cm width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated brick, stone, concrete, asbestos sheet, plastered surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth or width not otherwise described applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over priming paints plaster coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously steel surfaces any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner grith in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped end complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) and set in cement mortor 1:6 in cover slab for manholes, landing etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel for joist, channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) grade Fe-410 (Gde E-250) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
