Schedule'A' Part-I: B&R works

Dismantling of AC sheet corrugated / CGI corrugated sheets in roofing any gauge and any thickness including ridge, valley/gutter etc.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean & washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry at the rate of 3 kg per sqm.

Taking out complete existing roof treatment from roof surface & roughening of old concrete floor surfaces incl cleaning the roof surfaces by brushing sweeping etc and removing rubbish n exe 50 meter as per direction of Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with, water etc.

Taking down chowkat with shutter/without taking off shutter from the frame n exe 1.50 sq.m each

Taking down chowkat with shutter/without taking off shutter from the frame exe 1.50 sq m each but n. exc 4 sq. m each.

Hacking out old broken glass ( any thickness, sizes, quality or description) from wooden frames or glazed with putty or fixed with beads.

S & F 4 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality & glazing with oil putty in squares n exe 0.5 sqm in each pane

S&F Steel ventilator with top hung shutter including hinges, steel peg stay complete all as directed.

M&L mild steel work such as grills, guard bars etc and similar work conforming to Fe290 GDE E-165.

Cutting holes in to brick wall for inserting bold fast & making good dismantled portion in cm (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) type B1, exe half brick but not exe 1 brick.

M&L for 2 coats of synthetic enamelled paint over coat of red oxide zinc chrome on steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surfaces.

M&L for one coat of black Japan paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome on steel surfaces n.exe 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new surfaces.

M&L for one coat of black Japan paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome on steel surfaces n.exe 10 cm width or girth including preparation of old surfaces.

Excavation in post holes each n exc 0.5 cum getting out returning filling in and removing earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and making good surface as in soft/loose soil.

S&F Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam,tee,angle,chanel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.

M&L cement concrete in foundation filling and mass concrete 1:3:6 type C-2,(40 mm graded stone aggregate)

M & L for framed work as in doors or gates of angles or other section with gussets plates, rails braces, etc.,complete drill for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel, sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete.

M & L for 1.25 mm thick 750 g of zinc (Spelter) coating per sqm both side inclusive; plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting in stepped flashings (measured as the minimum rectangle from which the pieces can be cut) welded or soldered joints are provided.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Material & Labour 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor tiles

Material & Labour 10mm thick screed bed for fixing wall tiles in cement mortar (1:4)

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete

All as per item No. 26 above but as in dado/skirting, riser etccomplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm (CM 1:4) thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with using extra cement

M & L for 5 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on fair face of concrete surfaces as in ceiling etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M & L complete removal of internal wall finishes by scrapping down and preparation of plastered or unplastered surfaces by applying 3mm wall care putty and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on old/new plastered surfaces . Make : Asian Paint Ltd(Tractor), Berger (Jadoo),Dulux weather shield (Signature or Power flex)

M&L applying two coats of weather coat on old / new plastered surfaces of wall over a coat of primer after applying a thin layer of wall care putty including removal of existing treatment and preparation of old or new plastered surfaces to receive paint complete all as specified and directed . Make Asian (Royal), Berger(Luxol silk splender), ICI ( dulux velvet touch).

M & L complete removal of internal ceiling by scrapping down and applying two coats of whitewash over a coat of primer on old /new plaster surfaces .

Brushing neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg per sqm over old roof surfaces

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cm (1:3) on concrete surfaces with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement, (Water compound measured & paid separately) finished even and fair.

M&L for clearing of plastered roof surface & applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.25 lts per sqm conforming to IS 3384-1986, and applying a layers of APP based polymeric membrane, 3mm thick (minimum) weight 3.50 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm) shall be applied over Bituminous primer (Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application, over laps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction & 75 mm on the longitudinal direction) coved fillet in PCC (1:2:4) type BO of radius 75 mm shall be provided at the junction of roof& other vertical surfaces & surfaces shall be painted with hot paving bitumen of penetration value 30/40 conforming to IS 73 @ 1.20 kg/sqm over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.30 ltrs per sqm & applying one coat of aluminium paint over the APP modified membrane @ 0.11 kg/sqm all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound

M&L 25 thick P.C.C (1:2:4) type B-O using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finished rough.

M&L brick work with sub class 'b' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection 75 mm thick finished fair and even w/o using extra cement.

Material and labour PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in surface channel/drain complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to drain complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Extra for form fair finished drain on channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds mitred stoped end etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct from item No.43 for each 25mm girth or part therof over or under 30 cm inner girth.

Material and labour for wirting letters or figures (block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc 30cm high complete all as specified and as directed.
