The Water Cum Foam Tender shall be a

high-capacity firefighting vehicle designed

for industrial, hydrocarbon, and chemical

fire emergencies, integrating both water

and foam-based suppression systems.

It shall be built on a BS-VI compliant

commercial chassis (≈19T GVW) with a

minimum 180 HP engine, ensuring

stability, maneuverability, and reliable

emergency response performance.

The superstructure shall be fabricated

using corrosion-resistant

SS/Aluminium/FRP materials, with a crew

cabin for six personnel and modular

storage compartments with roller

shutters for quick equipment access.

The vehicle shall be equipped with a

L water tank and 3000 L foam tank, along

with a PTO-driven centrifugal pump (2000

LPM normal pressure & 300 LPM high

pressure) and an integrated foam

proportioning system for efficient

firefighting operations.

It shall include hose reels, roof monitor,

nozzles, LED lighting, electronic control

panel, light mast, and telematics for

enhanced operational efficiency and
