Earth work excavation for foundation in all clauses of soils and sub soils to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and boiling out water whenever necessary et complete complying with stand

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling M.Sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix (one cement four sand and eight aggregate)using 40mm gauge hand broken granite tone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found ecessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted, etc., complete

Brick work in cm 1:5 mix(one cement and five sand) using country bricks 4 ground maded of size 23 x 11 x 7 cm including curing, finishing and cost & Conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides Centering for soffits of RCC slabs of 5 plane surface like lintels, beams, etc., including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm X and B.G 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm X 25mm

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of ribbed steel rods for 6 reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete

RCC 1: 1/2 :3 mix using 20 mm ISS HBG metal for RCC items of work excluding items of works excluding centering, shuttering, and ost of reinforcement grill out including curing etc complete and also including fixing fan clamps and ixtures in rcc works

For Column Footing

Column Upto Basement

Plastering with cm 1:5 mix(one cement and five sand) to 12 mm thick 8 including cost and conveyance of all materials in all floors etc., as directed by departmental officers etc, complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of wall putty as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications (The wall putty shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three P.Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing weathering course with best quality of brick Jelly 20mm gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over roof slab, the proportion of brick jelly to lime being '32 to 12.5 well beated with wooden beaters for giving required slope and thicknes

Finishing top roof mix one course machine pressed tiles of size 20 cm x 20 cm 12 x 2 cm approved qty with CM 1.3 12 mm thick mixed with WPC at 2% by weight of cement used and top pointed with the same mortar etc

Paving the floor with best quality Vertified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the 13 white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and fixing P.V.C rainwater down fall pipe of 100mm dia with necessary shoes, bends, & clamps etc.,

Distembering two coats of oil bound distember using one coat of primer coat including cost & conveyance to size and all labour charges etc., complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Exterior Emulsion paint of approved qualityand 19 colour over a priming coat, including through scrapping, clean removel of dirt etc

Cost And Supply of Doors(1.20*2.10)

Cost And Supply of Windows (1.20*1.30)

Painting two coats of new iron work with best quality synthetic enamel paint of 18 approved quality and colour with priming coat including the cost all materials etc. complete, in all floors.
