AMC of Side Stream Filters at LPG I LPG II and C2C3 Cooling Towers for Three years 2026 to 2029 at ONGC Uran Plant

Lump sum price for job of "AMC FOR 3 YEARS OF SIDE STREAM FILTERS INSTALLED AT LPG-I, LPG- II & C2C3 COOLING TOWER (2026-2029)" as per enclosed scope of work and Technical Specifications. The bidder should quote lump sum price inclusive of all taxes, duties, levies, insurance, etc. payable on material & services including transportation, insurance and loading-unloading charges up to the worksite etc. applicable for complete scope of work. Note: The evaluation of bids will be on lump sum basis; however the contract will be executed on item rate basis.

RATES OF TAXES & DUTIES CONSIDERED AND INCLUDED IN THE ABOVE LUMP SUM PRICE ARE TO BE INDICATED FOR THE PURPOSE OF CLAIM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHANGE IN LAW

Laws, Acts, Rules, Regulations, etc. and the tariffs thereof considered by the bidder while estimating the incidence of taxes, duties, fees, levies, etc. considered and included in the bidder’s Lump sum price quoted above, as per relevant provisions of General Conditions of Contract to be used for the purpose of adjustment to the contract price in the event of change in law in terms of relevant clause of General Conditions of Contract are as under:
