Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, Jumper work, blasting work in soft and hard rock, conglomerated rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil, chieseling work and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing out watering/dewatering upto any lift, stacking the excavated soil upto any lead from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in layer when required into plinth, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement:Three sand:Six graded stone aggregate 40mm(Forty millimetre ) nominal size excluding cost of centring and shuttering in Foundations and plinth within all leads and lift and carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement :Six sand : Twelve graded stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetre ) nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : Six sand ) within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement: four sand:eight graded stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre ) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in Foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. (Three point fifteen millimetre ) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. (Thirty x thirty x five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to all floor level and removal of same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. a) Foundation,footings and bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

b) Columns, pillars, posts and struts in square, rectangular or polygonal in plan.

c) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like. Floors etc.upto any thickness.

d) Stair cases with sloping or stepped soffits excluding landing.

e) Beams, cantilevers, girders and lintels, sides and soffits of beams, beam hunching, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels upto any depth in all from any floor level.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 mechanically mixed and vibrated (One cement : One point five sand :three graded stone aggregate 20mm(Twenty millimeter) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work upto floor all level within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. a) Foundation footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

b) Columns, pillars, posts and struts .

c) Suspended floor, roofs , landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor any level .

d) Stair cases with slopping or stepped soffits excluding landing but including preparing of the surface and finishinig of nosing upto floor any level.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position including cost of binding wire complete upto floor any level within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying upto floor any level reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement : two Sand : four graded stone aggregate 20mm(Twenty millimetre ) nominal size) to give a smooth and even surface including centring and shuttering etc. but excluding cost of reinforcement in Mouldings as in cornices windows, sills etc.upto any girth within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement : two sand : four graded stone aggregate 20mm(Twenty millimetre ) nominal size) reinforced concrete chajjas upto any thickness upto any level including finishing the exposed surfaces with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement : three Sand) to give a smooth and even surface centring/form work and curing complete excluding the cost of reinforcement within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto any floor level in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : Six sand ) within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Half brick masonry in super structure common burnt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (One cement : four sand ) upto floor any level within all leads and lifts and carriage of material in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Boulder filling under floor within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying precast cement concrete hollow block masonry with cement concrete blocks of size 40cm x 19cm x20 cm (Forty centimetre x nineteen centimetre x twenty centimetre ) including quion block jamb blocks and closers etc. made of cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement : three sand : six graded stone aggregate 20mm(Twenty millimetre ) nominal size) laid with cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six sand) including curing complete in super structure upto floor any level within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws 40mm (Forty millimetre ) thick 2nd class deodar wood within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required patterns in wooden frames of windows etc. with M.S. Flats, square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws Plain grill within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium sliding door bolt anodized colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete 250x16mm (Two hundred fifty x sixteen millimetre ) within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts (berrel type) anodized transparent or dyed to required shade and colour with screws etc. complete within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. i) For door 250x10mm(Two hundred fifty x ten millimetre )

ii) For window 200x10mm(Two hundred x ten millimetre )

iii) For window 150x10mm(One hundred fifty x ten millimetre )

Providing and fixing aluminium handles anodized transparent or dyed to required colour & shade with necessary screws etc. complete 125mm (One hundred twenty five millimetre ) within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. hooks and eyes 150mm (One hundred fifty millimetre ) within all leads and lifts and carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing glass strips in joints of terrazzo floors 40 mm(Forty millimetre ) wide and 4 mm (Four millimetre) thick within all leads and lifts and carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (One cement : Two sand:Four graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty millimetre ) nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat Cement. 40 mm (Forty millimetre ) thick within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. In gratings framed guard bars,ladders,railling, brackets and similar works within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing angle iron cupboard frames manufactured from M.S.Angle iron section 25X25X5mm (Twenty five x twenty five x five millimetre ) thickness including hinges jamb,lock jamb,beed and if required angle thrashold of mild steel angle 25X25 mm (Twenty five x twenty five millimetre ) welded or rigidly fixed by mechanical means,lugs with split end tails to each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5 mm (Two point five millimetre ) thick with provision for locking arrangement and shock absorber as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after preteatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in- Charge within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing angle iron door,window,clerestory window frame manufactured from steel iron section of 40X40X6 mm (Forty x forty x six millimetre) ,thickness including hinges jamb,lock jamb,beed and if required angle thrashold ofmild steel angle 50X25 mm (Fifty x twenty five millimetre ) welded or rigidly fixed by mechanical means,lugs with split end tails to each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5 mm (Two point five millimetre ) thick with provision for locking arrangement and shock absorber as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after preteatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in- Charge within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing steel glazed doors,windows and ventilators of standerd rolled steel sections ,joints mitred and welded with 16x3.15 mm(Sixteen x three point fifteen millimetre) lugs 10 cm. (Ten centimetre ) long embedded in cement concrete blocks 15 cmx10cmx10cm (Fifteen centimetre x ten centimetre x ten centimetre ) size of 1:3:6 (One cement :Three sand: Six graded stone aggregate 20mm(Twenty millimetre ) nominal size)or with wooden plugs and screws or rawl plug and screws or with fixing clips or with bolts and nuts as required and iron fittings,including providing and fixing of glass panes with glazing clips and special metal sesh putty of approved make complete including applying a priming coat of red lead paint within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brusing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt,dust and other foreign matter With ready mixed paint other than white within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,grease,dirt and other foreign matter) sand papering and knotting Ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new wood and wood based surfaces,with ready mixed paint,brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping Ready mixed paint other than white within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

6mm(Six millimetre ) Cement plaster to ceiling In Cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement:Three Sand) within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

15mm(Fifteen millimetre ) Cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/ concrete /stone walls for interior plastering upto floor any level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm(Eighty millimetre ) in girth and finished even and smooth cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : Six sand ) within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable ditemper of approved brand and manufacture of and of required shade of undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with Alkali-resistance primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing plinth protection 50mm (Fifty millimeter ) thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (One Cement : three Sand : six Graded stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre ) nominal size) within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing under layer for plinth protection of 75mm (Seventy five millimetre ) thick (unconsolidated) bed dry brick/stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre ) nominal size with rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground within all leads and lifts including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Constructing Course rubble hammer dressed 'U' shape open surface drain with side wall 15 x 22 cm (Fifteen x twenty two centimetre ) in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Sand) and inside plastering with cement plaster 1:3 (One cement: three sand) including earth work and laying 10 cm ( Ten centimetre ) cement concrete in 1:5:10 (one cement : five sand : ten graded stone aggregate) of 40 mm(Forty millimetre nominal size) and 7.5 cm (Seven point five centimetre ) cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand : four graded /crushed stone aggregate of 20 mm(Twenty millimetre ) nominal size and finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
