S&F 125mmx60mmx1.25mm thick pressed steel, frames for door with one or more rebates including filling and compaction with and including M&L for PCC (1:3:6) Type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc, complete including wooden texture finished paint on the frame surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 105mmx60mmx1.25mm thick pressed steel, frames for door with one or more rebates including filling and compaction with and including M&L for PCC (1:3:6) Type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc, including wooden texture finished paint on the frame surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm coloured PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing

S&F in repair steel windows with pressed steel frame (size 95 x 45 x 1.25 mm ) side hung shutter including box type hinges with steel handle and steel peg stay with glazed openable shutter with glazing bar ( open out side ) and wie gauged openable shutter without glazing bar ( open inside ) dovetailed or welded complete all as specified and all as per DRG No TD/088 dt 07 Jan 2002 Note :- (i) Two shutters ie wire guaged and glazed shall be fixed in one composite frame and both shutter shall be measured as one unit (II) rate for filling PCC in frame deemed to be included in quoted rates (iii) MS grill shall be measured and paid seperatly under relevant item of schedule
