Construction of Toe Wall and Stone Pitching

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches of toe wall,spillway,head regulator, outlet, intake well etc. as per designed section in all kinds of soil including moorum soil, soil mixed with kankar, pebbles and boulders upto 300mm size and disposal of the same (beyond 50 m away from the edge of the trenches) with initial lead of 150m and initial lift of 1.5 m as per specification and direction of E/l.(Vide Item No. - 5.1.14.1 of WRD Part -B ,Pg No.-99)

Supplying laying boulder in rock toe, heel trenches of the dam as per design, drawing including the cost of materials royaltynd all taxes etc. but excluding the cost of carriage all complete as per specification and direction of E/l.(Vide Item No. - 5.6.4 of WRD Part -B )

Providing and laying P.C.C or R.C.C M150 with nominal mix of (1:3:6) in various components of dam foundation with approved quality of 20mm graded coarse aggregate of required grade as per design and approved quality of sand of requisite F.M (2.5 to 3.0) washed and screened excluding cost of shuttering or form-work as of reinforcement its cutting, bending, binding and placing but including necessary tools and plants and vibra tion, curing, royalty all taxes etc. complete job as per specification and direction of E/l.(Vide item No.- 5.3.1.4 of BCD

Providing and laying P.C.C. or R.C.C. M -200 with nominal mix of (1:1.5:3) in various componet of dam superstructure with approved quality of 20mm graded coarse aggregate of required graded as per design approved quality of sand of requisite F.M (2.5 to 3) washed and screened excluding cost of shuttering or form work as well of reinforcement its cutting, bending, binding and placing but including necessary tools and plants and vibration, cutting, royalty all taxes etc. complete job as per specification and direction of E/l.(Vide Item No.- 5.3.11 of WRD Part- B, Pg No.- 109) / Vide Item No.-5.3.9.1 of BCD, Pg.No.-107.

Providiag rough dressed random rubble stone masonary in CM (1:4) in foundation with approved quality of coarse sand of requisite F.M (2.5 to 3) washed and screened with raking out joints, curing, scaffolding and its removal wherever required royalty etc. complete job as per specificition and direction of E/l.(Vide Item No.-5.4.8 of WRD Part- B, Pg No.- 111) /Vide Item No.- 5.2.28 of Common Part-A , Pg.No.-204

Providing 25 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) with approved quality of sand of requisite F.M. (2.5 to 3.0) washed and screened including curing, scaffolding wherever required and its removal royalty and all taxes etc. complete job as per specification and direcition of E/l.(Vide Item No. 5.5.5 of WRD Part -B, Pg No.- 113) / V ide Item No.- 5.7.12 of Common Part-A,Pg No.-200

Providing T.M.T. reinforcement (tor steel) as per approved design drawing. removal of rust,cutting, bending, binding including supplying annealed wire placing rod in position all complete job as per specification and directions of E/l.(Vide Item No.- Item No.-5.3.15(i) of WRD Part- B, Pg No.- 110) /Vide Item No.- 5.5.4 of BCD Part- B, Pg.No.-119

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete (Vide Item No-5.3.17 of WRD Part-B Pg No-110)

Providing and laying Non-Woven, Needle-Punched Polypropylene Geotextile filter fabric (Minimum 200 GSM) over prepared earth slopes and berms. Work includes surface preparation, laying fabric with minimum 300mm overlaps, anchoring in trenches as per drawing, and securing against displacement prior to the placement of the granular drainage blanket (Vide Item No. M1782 of BCD)
