S&F rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt not exc 5cm and 5 to 10mm dia neck complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for chequered or plain MS plate, channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for preparation new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of 1st grade quality over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre-painted galvalume aluminium Zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering cladding to wall fixed self tapping screw complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss purlins etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar, 15 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:4, with integral water proofing compound @ 3% of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound ISI marked.

S&F for APP based polymeric membrane not less than 3mm thick, weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/sqm , reinforced with polyster non-woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gm/sqm and upper side of membrane thermally insulated with white mineral gravel finish, informaly embadded during manufacturing process shall only be used. It shall be laid by torch application,side overlaps shall be 75mm and the ends shall be 100mm and all over laps shall be sealed by torch application including applying a coat of cold applied bitumen primer conforming IS:[email protected]/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing steel rolling shutter size not exceeding 20 Sqm with all connecting items and repairs/replace the ;ath of steel rolling shutter and locking arrangement , greasing, tighteming of helical wire spring & including welding wherever required, oiling etc and make in serviceable condition and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint & incliding preparation of old painted surface and refixing in the same opening complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The spare parts will be measured and paid separeteley.

Supply only helical wire spring of existing/suitable (Heavy duty) size up to 35 cm fixed in renewal by greasing etc and refixing covers in position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only plain galvanized 1 mm thick CI-2 mild steel sheeting in rolling shutter hood cover moulded to shape of existing/suitable size as required & including fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only ball bearings for rolling shutter of existing/suitable size as requried complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for existing hangar door track one door (2x2x10) with compressed with air blower (50 to90 PSI) coir,wire brushes to remove all dirt dust, greases pots for any FOD & pogeon spelling and removing rubbish 500m away from hangar or low laying area complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparetion of old epoxy PU anti static floor surface gloss surface and application of width 10 cm exceeding but not exceeding 40 cm epoxy polyurethane paint marking in white/orange/golden/yellow over & including primer as in lines, dashed, arrows, letters etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for EPU based anti static flooring in patches with straigh edges in hangar complete all as specified and directed and as per manufacturers instruction consisting of following :- (i)The preparetion of old surface shall be carried out thoroughly by cleaning of all foreign materials and dust to receive the screed. (ii) Application of low viscous epoxy primer having resin and hardner mixed and laid. (iii) Application of epoxy resin based self smoothing screed 3.00 mm thick on the clean and dry surface having high abrasion resistance spread in uniform thickness. (iv) Laying of self adhesive copper tape. (v) Application of conductive primer coat. (vi) Application of EPU based self leveling top coat of flexo hard EPU to yield an average thickness 2.00 mm over the primer as required.

M&L for repair cleaning and racking out sealing compound from the existing Expansion joint of any length, 20mm to 30mm wide and 25mm deep by appropriate hand tools (chisel and hammer or "L" hook) including removing the existing sealing compound from the edges with knife or any other means such as chisel, hammer and grinding or any tools without damaging the edges and side of the joints and removing the loose particles using wire brush and hot compressed air and priming the sides and making the surface bitumen free as per the manufacturer's instructions, provision of 30 to 35mm thick polyethylene rod at bottom of joints and sealed the joints with pitch free gray polyurethane sealant confirming to BS-5215 (type-FB) and minimum depth of the sealant above deboning strip shall be 10-15mm and applying the masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied complete all as specified and directed.
