Fabrication, Erection and Commissioning of new W5 Final Heat Exchanger at FACT-CD
Dismantling of Existing W5 Final heat exchanger at FACT-CD • Removing the existing W5 Final heat exchanger from the foundation as full assembly. • Cutting the removed W5 final heat exchanger into three pieces as mentioned in special requirements of the project. Transportation and storage of each separated piece in a safe location as directed by FEW/FACT-CD • Transporting the scrap pieces/waste to scrap yard. ( Refer detailed scope of work in special requirements of project and general conditions of contract)
Fabrication, Erection & Commissioning of W5 Final Heat Exchanger • Procurement of all fasteners and consumables requires for the work . • Fabrication of W5 Final Heat Exchanger. • Erection of W5 Final Heat Exchanger. • Application of one layer of refractory brick lining on bottom plate. • Painting of W5 Final Heat Exchanger. • Commissioning of W5 Final Heat Exchanger. ( Refer detailed scope of work in special requirements of project and general conditions of contract)
