Maintenance of Plants and Lawns at Heavy Water General Facilities, Hyderabad for a period of twelve months.

Amount

Maintenance of Lawns, Shrubs, Hedges and flowering plant at various locations by regular watering, removing of weeds, waste papers, any other foreign material on daily basis. Pruning of hedges, mowing the lawn, planting, mulching and gap filling on as and when required basis. Carting of debris including excavation, loading, unloading and transport up to a lead of 10 Kms complete. Application of manure & fertilizer once in a month, spraying pesticides as per the Horticulture practices and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for a period of twelve calendar months (Excluding the cost of fertilizers, pesticides, Chemicals).

Planting of individual shrubs, rose plants, topiary, ornamental bamboo, etc. by digging the pit of size 0.45x0.45x0.45 mtrs. Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (cost of extra good earth if needed will be paid separately).

Maintenance of individual shrubs, rose plants, topiary, ornamental bamboo and palms, etc. for a period of twelve calendar months as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying of good earth at site including royalty charges (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment) brought from outside free from clod, stones, bushes, roots, rubbish, vegetation, etc. as per the directions of EIC.

Supplying of fertilizers, manure, chemicals, etc. to meet above requirements.
