Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion post embedded in concrete and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade A complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated or semicorrugated etc) sheets as in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing rolled mild steel sections channel angle Tee section and in tubular section as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins,post where connected to common rafters and running rails fixed with angle cleat or other connecting plates conforming to Fe 410-W Gde-E-250, quality A complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing prepainted aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet (galvalume base) of thickness 0.50mm having tensile strength of 550 MPA , any colour and profile as apporved by GE and to be factory moulded as in roof covering /cladding and fixed with hot dipped galvanished with high durable protective triple coated self tapping screws /self drilling screws, to suit the roofing in customized colour matching with the colour of roofing and screws are to be fixed using torque adjustable electronic gun screws drills of suitable capacity complete all as specified

Supply & fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 10 herein before but as in ridge , valley , gutter and like ( Note :- work shall be carried out upto height 14 to 16 m. Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included this aspect, nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.)

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, hickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed

Dismentaling of wall and ceilling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc.), any thickness including cover fillet complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of powder coated aluminium anodised snap grid frame work for false celling comprising of the following sections for making partitions of 605x605 mm size fixed to walls with rawl plugs & screws and hanged to roof with and including 2mm dia GI wire suspender of suitable length and butterfly clips, size of main tee shall be 37mmx24mmx0.3 mm thick , cross tee shall be 28mmx24mmx0.3mm thick and wall angle shall be 24mmx24mmx0.3 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of 4mm thick non asbestos E-board classic cememt building board for insulation and accoustic purpose, 600 x 600 mm size fixed with staples on snap grid as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 15 here-in-before but except cement building board inclding cover fillet. Note : (i) Serviceable cement building board & cover fillet obtained from Srl item No 13 shall be reused.

Supply & fixing PVC 8 to 9mm thick hollow PVC wall/ ceiling panelling including all fixing viz, U and L as design and pattern including all necessary framed works as per manufacturer s instruction , make as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Trellis work one way ( jafri) including taking as under battens in trellis ( post and rails measured separately ) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in louvers and jallies, 40mm thick ( measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing and tightening only old sheets any make and material, any size , gauge as in walls and roofing including provn of screws, tapping screws any size including washers, drilling counter shank complete all as specified and directed. ( Note:- work to be carried oout upto an height renging from 3 m to 15 m and all necessary scaffolding, safety arrangement shall be made by the contractor and quoted rate shall deemed to be this aspect and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.)

Dismantling floor, hearth , wall tiling including taking down plastering in cement mortor removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in, post holes ( or similar holes) in soft /loose soil each n exc 0.5 cu.m getting out, retrunning , filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm , watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for priming surfaces and applying normal treatment ( for moderate condition) using glass fibre base bitumen felt grade 2 , work to be carried out in patches and upto height varing from 3.5 mtr to 16 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm including cleaning of surfaces etc complete all as specified

Material & Labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring and fininsing the surface even and smmoth without using extra xement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing solid PVC door frame of size 50x47mm made of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube supply & fixing Sintex Polycon and equivalent complete all as specified and directed.

E/M WORKS Taking out / removing old GI plate earthing and Material & Labour for chemical Earthing (contents incl betonite, graphite, aluminium silicate and metal powder etc all as directed) complete with copper earth plate electrodes 900x600x5 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of plat not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized copper strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means f bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 and including excavation and earth work, GI pipe light grade 15 mm bore for proection of GI wire from earth electrode to and incl the earth test point of galvanized iron/steel of size 75x75x25mm, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x3 mm and RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6 mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12mm dia, PGI funnel and wire mesh, 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering and connected to earth test point including brazing at all joints except at test point and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge Note:- The earthing result should not be more than 1 ohm.

Supply and fixiong in replacement 200 watt, 6.6A/6.6A, 5000 V, 50 Hz series isolating transformers, suitable for individual lamp control and monitoring system and confirming to FAA specification as required complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Testing/commissioning of lights after repair and making the lights operational should be deemed to be included in the lump sum cost and no extra shall be paid for the smae to the satisfaction of GE.

Supply and fixing in replacement 200 W, 6.6 A halogen lamp suitable for elevated type approach light/runway light fitting complete all as specified and directed. Make of Lamp :- OSRAM Model no. 64382 HLX-C PK30d or equivalent or equivalent make as approved by GE.

Taking down carefully Hi-bay light fittings from top of hanger of capcity 400 watt HPSV/MH for carrying out necessary repairs and refixing the same fittings at the same location. Hight of hanger from 14 mtr to 16 mtrs complete all as specified and directed. Repair material shall paid separtly complete all as specified and directed. Make:- HPL/wippro/Phillips/Bajaj/Havells. Note :- Testing/commissioning of lights after repair and making the lights operational should be deemed to be included in the lump sum cost and no extra shall be paid for the same to the satisfaction of GE with gareenty period of 6 month from the date of light operational. The work is to be carried at an hight of 14 to 16 meter and no extra shall be paid on this account. The quoted rate should be deemed to be inclusive of this aspect.

Supply and fixing of 400 watt MH lamp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of suitable 400 watt light ignitor complete all as specified and directed.
