Demolition of stone slab of any description or thickness as in floors, apron etc laid, bedded and pointe in any mortar complete all as directed.

M&L for 16 to 18 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, Jambs, pillars, window sills, cooking platforms, corner shelf, Flat shelf and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and including 15 mm thick cement plaster (1:6) including rounded the exposed surfaces of granite complete all as specified.

All as per item no 09 but as in skirting (16 to 18 mm thick) but on 10 mm thick rendering/ back coating in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing holes to cooking platform of size 25 mm dia for inserting cooking gas pipe in suitable place as directed by engr-in charge

Taking down tar felt with cement plaster from roof surfaces and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc. 50m and n. exc. 100m incl roughening of old concrete surface of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust etc complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for laying APP base polymeric membrane, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for waterproofing Coating with polyurethane-based water proofing liquid membrane to be applied by brush with multi coats with minimum dry film thickness of 1mm and shall be cured by reaction with atmospheric moisture to give a tough elastomeric waterproof membrane complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The above treatment will be carried out by authorised applicator of approved firm/ company.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbs, slightly rounded or chamfered on edges, mixed with water proofing compound 200 ml per beg of cement or as per manufacturer instructions finished even and smooth on exposed concrete surface without using extra cement all complete as specified and as directed. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store of capacity exc 250 but n.exc 500 litres.

S&F 500 litres rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank multi-layered ISI marked embossed (cylindrical vertical with closed top) incl connecting up pipes securing access covers etc as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 Litres and n. exc 500 Litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in same position after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc complete all as specified and directed.
