M&L for Cutting/grouting of bushes/plants on building and filling holes with cement mortar including chemical for burn the root inserted in wall/slab and disposal of unserviceable material to a distance n exc 50m and clearing site, complete all as specified and direcetd.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 16-18mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms etc, machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including bull nosing of edges and gas pipe hole upto bottom of slab, laid over and including 20mm screed layer in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 16-18mm thick Udaipur green stone slab as in shelves, over cooking platform, machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of udiapur green stone including grinding, polishing, bull nosing of edges and gas pipe hole upto bottom of slab, laid over and including 20mm screed layer in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete wall surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on soffits of slab/chajja/ sunshade etc including hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick surfaces or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement but using water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof), complete as specified and directed.

M&L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and applying cement slurry 3.00 kg/sqm, complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC M-15, nominal mix, type B-0(1:2:4), using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in PCC padding on roof etc., and the like rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work, complete as specified and directed.

M&L for Water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified Polymeric memberane over roof consisting of cleaning of concrete or plaster surface of roof and applying evenly a bitumen primer conforming to IS 3488@ 0.30Kg per sqm followed by a tack coat @ 1.2kg per Sqm using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen over it laid with APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weight 3.6kg per Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 160 gm per sqm) unrolled & bonded to substrate with longitudinal and end laps 100mm as per manufacturer's instruction and applying over it a tack coat using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen @ 1.2 kg sqm and as per manufacturer instruction and including taking the APP membrane will be required where the parapet wall exceed 45cm for carrying over and taking into parapet walls, cut out neatly a horizontal groove 6.5 cmm deep, 7.5 cm wide section with lower edge at not less than 15 cm above the graded roof surface and groove shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:4 with WPC @3% by weight of cement where the parapet wall height is 45cm or less no grove will be required as the water proofing treatment will be carried over the top of parapet wall to its full thickness including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 with WPC @3% by weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) WPC will be measured and paid separately

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles, including bedded in 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:6), jointing and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with crude oil @ 5% by weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 1.28 here-in-before but using old brick tile retrived from dismentling against item here-in-before.

M&L for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight), complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified.

M&L for sunken slab treatment consisting of coat of applying evenly a coat of blown type bitumen@ 1.5 kg/sqm binding with clean dry sand @ 0.05 cum per sqm and polythene film, 50 micron thick, laid on a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.3 to 0.5 kg/sqm, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for filling with broken stone of size 40mm to 80mm graded as in sunken slab, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked), complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) un-reinforced, complete all as specified.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0, (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base/ levelling course of floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete, 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling, mass concrete and sub base, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, laid in slope of 1:20 and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including making joint at 3m interval and at each corner the joint shall be filled with bitumen mastic filling to full depth (comprising one part hot blown bitumen 85/25 and two part of sand), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to chajja/roof projection using PCC type B-0(1:2:4), using 12.5mm graded aggregate or dubbing out average 20mm thick including taking down/demolation of loose particles, all necessary from work and finishing the exposed surface of concrete even & smotoh with 5mm thick rendering in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and direcetd.

M&L for TMT mild steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking end and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick factory made 2nd class hard wood (Sal/ Hollock) Plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers or 9mm thick plywood grade BWR type BB, supplied and fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick 2nd class hardwood factory made glazed and skelton shutters open rebated and prepare to receive glass, guage, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass/guage etc size of member etc; size members of shutters as specified in SSR part I Section-8 clauses 8.24(a); supplied and fitted to chowkhat complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made of MS tube for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement from stiles and plained colour PVC sheet to be fitted with MS frame welded/sealed to the styles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointing together with solvent cement, supplied & fitted in the frame at site as per specification & drawings shown in SSR Part-II, complete as specified.

Taking down ceiling fan, exhaust fan, geysers and electric meter and deposited the removed material to store yard of AGE E/M and refixing the same at site as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified.
