33 KV Yard Renovation Work

Cartage of the following material by private truck from store centre Rudrapur /Haldwani/ Kashipur to work site dump store approx. distance 10 to 80 Km. including loading into truck and unloading at work site in 33/11 KV Sub Station Fouji Colony Bazpur.

Excavation of Earth 0.8 m deep widh (0.5 mx 485 Rm) (485x0.5x1)=242.5 Cub mtr.

Driving the Earth Electrode in Earth Pit.

Laying and Moulding of Earth M S Flate and GI Earth Strip.

Welding of Earth electrode with M S Flate, G.I Earth Strip and yard equipment complete welding work including entry corosion paint on welded area.

Back Filling of Total excavated area.

Trunch Work

Excavation of Earth 0.8 m deep widh (1 mx 50 Rm) (50x1x0.8)=40 Cub mtr.

PCC work (1:4:8) on Trunch base (50x0.1)=5 Cub mtr.

Super Structure brick work in 1:4 ratio (50x.23x.9)x2 =10.35 Cub mtr.

DPC work on top side (50x0.23x0.05)x2=0.575 cub mtr.

Febrication cutting and grouting of M S Angle of Top side of Trunch (50x2)=100 mtr.

Cost of M S Angle (40x3) 50x2=100 m x1.8 kg=180 kg +15 kg support angle =195 Kg

12 mm thick plaster in 1:6 mortar (0.50x0.9)x2= 45 Sq mtr.

Making of Control Cable Trunch cover with 1:2:4 cement concreat and fixing of 8 mm steel bar in (35x5) angle frame size (0.45x0.6) sq mm 50 Rm/0.6 Rm 84 No

Turfing Work

Cutting and uprooting of grass and wild bushed plants in yard.(28x36)=936-36= 900 Sqm.

Final desposal, dressing, leveling of each with proper ramming and compecting complete in all labor/T&P.

Laying of 1:5:10 cement concreat in flooring of yard 100 mm thick including cost of material and labor etc. proper complete. (850x0.1)=85 Cub Mtr.

Spreding and leveling of 10-20 mm grit single for making yard bed including cost of stone grit, labor, T&P work etc. in thikness of 100 mm.

Laying of Out going 11 KV XLPE Cable in Open Trunch.

Dismentling of pale fencing after cutting by cutter or electric welding machine for lift up 0.50 m from the existing level (26+26+36+36)=124-42=82 Mtr

Grouting of Pale Fencing support angle (65x65x6)

Making of pale fencing toe wall foundation with 1:6 brick work (0.23x0.30x35 Rm)=2.415 Cub Mtr

Making of pale fencing toe wall super structure with 1:4 brick work (0.23x0.30x90 Rm)=6.21 Cub Mtr

Making of 15 Meter wide slope in front of palefencing toe wall with 1:1:8 cement connereat work (with material)

12 mm thick plaster in 1:6 mortar (0.75+0.75+0.25)=1.75x108=189.00 Sq mtr.

Providing and assembling of pale fencing 2.5 meter in height with horigentle angle 3 No (35x5) and support angle (35x5) in every 3 meter distance.

Fixing of fencing on toe wall by electric welding after addeting aditional angle to increase the height (108x2.5)=270.00 Sq mtr.

Control Cable work

Making of control cable trunch 150 mm below the ground level by 40x4 mm PVC Pipe (Cost of pvc pipe include)
