Tender for The Partition Horrors Remembrance Day - Exhibition at ROs Arranging exhibition at Retail outlets in North East at 16 Retail outlets (Manipur-4, Meghalaya-3, Mizoram-3, Nagaland-4, Tripura-2) in connection with 'Partition Horrors Remembrance day'. The job shall include the following. 1.Printing 52 pages on Photo film and pinning and displaying them on Sunboard with proper decoration for public viewing. Providing exhibition name board "Partition Horrors Remembrance Day." 2. Providing Shamiana for the exhibition area (approx. size 6mx4m.) with LED lights for illumination in the evening. 3. Arranging opening ceremony function-ribbon cutting by dignitary, felicitation of dignitary with Gamusa/Shawl including refreshments. 4. The exhibition shall be for a duration of 4 days.
