Supply , installation, testing, commissioning of step down,outdoor type, copper wound transformer 11KV/0.433K V, 3 phase 250 KVA vector group Dyn11,ONAN type (energy efficiency level 2) with Off load tap changer and high voltage windings for varying low or high voltage in the range of +5% to -5% in 7 steps.Class 'A' of Thermal insulation Suitable for Ambient temperature 45º C. Maximum winding temprature 105º C .The Following Fittings Shall Be provided with all required accessories:- Rating & Terminal Marking Plate, Earthing Terminals, Lifting Lugs For Main Tank & Top Cover, Filter Valve , Drain Cum Sampling Valve, Thermometer Pocket, Dial Type Oil Temperature Indicator, Air Release Plug, Silica Gel Breather, oil conservator, Explosion Vent, Inspection Cover, Arcing Horn, Radiators Mounted on Tank, 4 Nos. bi-directional Rollers, First Filling of Transformer Oil as per IS:335, Magnetic Oil Level Gauge, Oil Temperature Indicator, Winding Temperature Indicator, Marshalling Box, Epoxy Bushing, PU Paints, Palm, LV Bus Bar, Radiator Valves, Cable Box on LT side & Cable Box on HT side. Transformer shall Compliance to IS:1180 of 2014 all parts latest amendment as on date whichever is higher. complete with all accessories.The transformer shall be delivered along with after complete factory tests and temprature rise test,Operational & Maintenance manual and test certificate of unconditional guarantee against manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months from the date of completion of Contract.

Note : (i) The erection of transformer shal be done under the supervision of manufacturer's auth rep & certificate in this regard shall be submitted by contractor duly signed by auth rep of manufacturer & Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) The core shall be constructed from high grade,non ageing, prime grade CRGO with M4 grade or better,silicon steel laminations and shall be of bottle ness design . (iii) Manufacturer shall have in house automated core cutting facility to ascertain that there is no mixing of second grade core . (iv) The core and core assebly should be dried through a high a high efficent vaccum drying autoclave for heating and drying . (v) Manufacturer shall have in house NABL accredited lab to ascertain the authenticity of testing, of transformer

Supply, jointing, fixing or passing through pipe, trenches or ducts, commissioning and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade, cross sectional area 120 Sqmm, 3 core, suitable for 11 KV earthed system confirming to IS 7098 Part-2 for insulation and for conductors Class 2 to IS 8130-84, in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc,including connecting & testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation, earth work, brick protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured &paid for separately).

Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size120 sqmm, complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Renewal of mild steel galvanised iron tubing light grade for cable protection as in road crossing, along poles, walls, floors, drain of 100mm size fixed with MS clamps, nuts and bolts required complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified.

Construction of platform of size 3000 x 2500 x 1200 mm for installation of transformer with brick steps on one side, chain link fencing around transformer, fencing should have hinged door and locking arrangements complete all as per Drg No. CEPZ/C-TD/002/13 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cable route indicator made out of 2 mm thick mild steel sheet of size 20 cms X 15 cms duly coated with two coats of black paint over a coat of red oxide primer duly written the size of HT cable in white paint and welded to equal angle of size 30X30X3mm, 45 cms long and errected in ground in such a way that it is 15 cms above ground level and 30 cms below ground level. The portion below ground level should be embedded in plain cement concrete M-15, type B-I, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate of size 15 cms X 20 cms X 45 cms all as specified & directed. Note:- Cost of PCC and earth work & excavation shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by contractor.

Supply , installation ,testing & commissioning of 11kV, 630A, 21kA for 3 sec, Outdoor type, dust & vermin proof CPRI approved, SF6 Gas Insulated, 1 Way Load Break Switch, manual operated, non extensible without PT Panel/Metering enclosure without auxiliary transformer, 630 Amp rated copper busbar with IP54 protection of cable compartment & Outer enclosure; padlocking for open, close, Earth postion in correct sequence; manometer for indicating SF6 gas pressure with green & red zone; SF6 tank of stainless steel, robotically welded construction having IP67 protection complete all as specified. Note : Cost of platform suitable for LBS as per manufacturers drawing shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply, installation , Commissiong and Testing of totally enclosed LT panel box outdoor type, CPRI type tested, LT 440 Volts, 50 Hz , 3 Phase 4 wire supply system, double door type, having independent cabin including locking arrangement for each MCCBs, floor mounted factory fabricated weather and vermin proof protection class IP 55 made out of 3.15 mm thick MS Sheet CRCA Sheet on angle iron 50X50X6mm frame of size suitable to incorporate following accessories with front and rear opening doors, handle type locking arrangement powder coated internally and externally shall have angle iron legs of appropriate size and embeded in PCC foundation of size as required or approved by manufacturers in PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 , using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as recommended by manufacturer or directed including earth work complete comprising of following ::-

Incoming:- (a) 600 Amp rated Bus bar chamber comprising 4 Nos Aluminium strip bus bars PVC insulated made of aluminium strip of size (40 x 10) mm. PVC sheathed with colour coding. (b) MCCB having current rating 500 Amps with rupturing cap 36 KA , AC 415 Volts four pole complete with spreader links. (Qty -01 No) (c) Multifunctional digital panel meter with LCD display flush mounting type of size 96X96 mm, accuracy class 1, suitable for CTs with secondary current 5A having provision of display parameters such as voltage, Amp, Frequency, Power factor, etc. (Qty - 01 No). (d) Current transformer of suitable ratio as per MCCB ratings including necessary wiring using PVC insulated copper conductor cable of appropriate size as per standard engineering practice.(Qty - 1 No Set of three). (e) LED Phase Indicator Lamp (Qty - 01 Set of Three).

Outgoing:- (a) MCCB having current rating 350 Amp with rupturing cap 36 KA , AC 415 Volts three pole complete with spreader links. (Qty -02 Nos)

Note : (i) Incoming and outgoing cables shall be fixed with appropriate size of thimble. (ii) Apron shall be provided at bottom of protection of cable to avoid entry of vermins, raptiles. (iii) Entries of all sizes of cables in panel should be done through adequate size of metallic cable glands. (iv) Layout diagram of panel shall be produced by contractor for approval of GE before placing order to manufacturer and panel shall be brought at site as per approved drawing
