@34.00 Kg/1 MT i.e. 3.4% of by weight of total mix incl. heating and mixing by

drum mix plant and spreading the same with paver finisher consolidation with

vibratory roller including cost of fuel, hire charges, all necessary equipments,

tools and plant, fire wood, oil, kerosene labour changes etc complete.( Using

contractor's own Machinery) upto all lead.

3 Providing & laying 37.5 mm Thick B.U.S.G (Manually ) Patch work on road site 2700.00 Sqm 206.04

using Bitumin for tack coat at the rate of 2.5Kg/10sqm. on Existing Road

surface & with spreading stone aggregate at the rate of 0.50Cum./10 sqm. with

dry rolling and spraying bitumin over it and spraying bitumin over it at the rate

of 15 kg/10sqm layer. and then spreading over it stone aggregate at the rate of

0.13cum/10 Sqmt of key aggregate on top in accordence with the requirement

of specification incl. cost of stone aggregate bitumin consolidation with

vibratory roller necessary firrwood labour charges machineries equipment tools

etc. complete.upto all lead.

4 Providing and laying compacted WBM of grading II B.T.M.C. Metal including 405.00 Cum 964.55

spreading watering and consolidation by vibratory roller etc. complete.

1 The Contractor shall exhibit a board with detailed specification and details of work as per directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

for which no extra payment shall be made.

2 The labour cess will be deducted as per prevailing rules i.e. 1% of the work done.

3 GST and Income Tax TDS will be deducted at a source while making payments of bills

4 In all R.C.C. Items in Rate Analysis Standard Cement Consumption has been taken as per Govt. G.R.: PRC-10/2017 Cement

Consumption /16/C Date : 11/05/2017 as stated in S.O.R. therefore in R.C.C. items where there is a change as per actual nix

design the cost of difference of cement consumption have been deducted from the rate of original item at the rate of input rate

mentioned in all the tender.

5 Testing of materials shall be as per statement attached for quantity control. with specification, the materials shall be tested in

GERI for testing charges shall be paid by Executive Engineer, and of amount put to tender after deduction the cost of

materials as per Schedule-'A' shall be recovered from contractor in Running bill as per G.R. of R&B Deptt. No. TNC/1085-4-6,

6 The Contractor shall be state even "NIL" precent of no reduction as offered.

7 One percent of Contract value. for this work shall be recovered from the contract payment as " Labour cess" in terms of the

Gujarat Government Gazette extra ordinary Dated 12-12-2004 implementation of building & other construction worker's

(Regulation of Employment and condition of service Act, 1996)

8 For R.C.C. Item where there is change of grade mix or charge as per actual mix design the difference of cement consumption

shall be deducted from rate of original item at the rate of star rate mentioned in the tender.

9 GST Will be paid extra as per Govt. Emendment.
