OD : Fine bubble diffuser system : Supplying and fixing of fine bubble tubular diffuser system of 90 mm dia and 1000 mm length, EPDM make with capacity of min 7m3/hr with suitable SS clamp etc. as per technical specification, including dismantling and removal of old diffusers and its accessories, connection to existing pipe line, etc., the dismantled old items shall be shifted to RPIPL store etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing PVC Bio Fills of 0.6 mm thick ( Corrugated, UV Stabilised, Double edge Folded type in black colour ) in standard dimension of 1200x600x600 mm with void ratio more than 97% and specific surface area not less than 102 Sq.m /Cum . Dry weight of the media shall be 35 KG/Cum, including dismantling and removal of old media from bio tower, cleaning, cost of all materials, labour charges, required tools, transportation loading and unloading charges etc. complete, the removed materials shall be disposed as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing PVC Bio Fills of 0.4 mm thick ( Corrugated, UV Stabilised, Double edge Folded type in black colour ) in standard dimension of 1200x600x600 mm with void ratio more than 97% and specific surface area not less than 102 Sq.m /Cum . Dry weight of the media shall be 28 KG/Cum, including dismantling and removal of old media from bio tower, cleaning, cost of all materials, labour charges, required tools, transportation loading and unloading charges etc. complete, the removed materials shall be disposed as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing FRP feed well of size 600 mm dia x 1250 mm deep ( thickness 4 mm) with necessary supports in M S with epoxy painting in settling tank after removal of the old feed well, including cost of all materials, labour charges, required tools, transportation loading and unloading charges etc. including dismantling and removal of old well and its supports etc., the dismantled old items shall be shifted to RPIPL store etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

OD : Supplying and fixing of clarifier rake mechanism for secondary clarifier of 4.30 m dia and 2.50 m SWD complete with central bridge, walk way with ladder, handrails etc. of MS construction with epoxy painting, rake mechanism including rake arm, scrapper blade, cone scrapper, feed well of 1m dia and 1.4 m depth etc. in FRP construction ( thickness 4 mm), central shaft with MS construction, base plate, central heavy duty bearing, 1HP motor assembly and 2 nos. gear boxes and complete with all other accessories as per technical specification, including dismantling and removal of old clarifier mechanism and its accessories etc., the dismantled old items shall be shifted to RPIPL store etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

OD - Dual Media Pressure sand Filter :- Servicing of the existing Filter of size 1000 dia. X 1500 HOS by remove entire filter media from the filter vessels, cleaning the interior of the vessels, cleaning the pebbles, refilling the pebbles, filling the new course/medium/fine sand in layers as per design, including cost of filter media, transportation, loading and unloading charges, all labour charges, disposal of waste materials etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

OD - Carbon Filter :- Servicing of the existing filter of size 1000 dia. X 2100 HOS by remove entire media from the filter vessels, cleaning the interior of the vessels, cleaning the pebbles/media, refilling the pebbles/media, filling the new activated carbon media ( Iodine Value - 900) in layers as per design, including cost of activated carbon, transportation, loading and unloading charges, all labour charges, disposal of waste materials etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

OD : Providing and fixing of C I non-return valve of approved quality, with pressure PN 16-, Horizontal appropriate with MS lines including supplying and fixing necessary tail pieces, flanges with bolts, nuts,including removal of the existing old valve, cost of all materials, transportation, labour charges etc,. complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge. :- Size - 100 mm

OD - Cleaning of Equalisation Tank by removing all accumulated sludge, rubber waste, other materials and stacking the same at the storage shed, washing and cleaning , including side wall, disposing the slurry / waste materials away from the immediate premises, without causing any damage to the existing structure and installations, including all labour charges, hire charges of tools etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

OD - Cleaning of flocculation tank by removing all accumulated sludge, rubber waste, other materials and stacking the same at the storage shed, washing and cleaning , including side wall, disposing the slurry / waste materials away from the immediate premises, without causing any damage to the existing structure and installations, including all labour charges, hire charges of tools etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

OD - Cleaning of Primary Clarifier by removing all accumulated sludge, rubber waste, other materials and stacking the same at the storage shed, washing and cleaning , including side wall, disposing the slurry / waste materials away from the immediate premises, without causing any damage to the existing structure and installations, including all labour charges, hire charges of tools etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

OD - Cleaning of Bio Tower I & II by removing all accumulated sludge, rubber waste, other materials and stacking the same at the storage shed, washing and cleaning , including side wall, disposing the slurry / waste materials away from the immediate premises, without causing any damage to the existing structure and installations, including all labour charges, hire charges of tools etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

OD - Cleaning of settling tank by removing all accumulated sludge, rubber waste, other materials and stacking the same at the storage shed, washing and cleaning , including side wall, disposing the slurry / waste materials away from the immediate premises, without causing any damage to the existing structure and installations, including all labour charges, hire charges of tools etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

OD - Cleaning of Secondary Clarifier by removing all accumulated sludge, rubber waste, other materials and stacking the same at the storage shed, washing and cleaning , including side wall, disposing the slurry / waste materials away from the immediate premises, without causing any damage to the existing structure and installations, including all labour charges, hire charges of tools etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

OD - Cleaning of Aeration tank by removing water, all accumulated sludge, rubber waste, other materials and stacking the same at the storage shed, washing and cleaning , including side wall, disposing the slurry / waste materials away from the immediate premises, without causing any damage to the existing structure and installations, including all labour charges, hire charges of tools etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

OD - Cleaning of Filter feed tank by removing all accumulated sludge, rubber waste, other materials and stacking the same at the storage shed, washing and cleaning , including side wall, disposing the slurry / waste materials away from the immediate premises, without causing any damage to the existing structure and installations, including all labour charges, hire charges of tools etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

OD - Cleaning of Sludge drying beds ( 6 Nos.) and filtrate sump, by removing water, all accumulated sludge, rubber waste, filter media other materials and stacking the same at the storage shed, washing and cleaning , including side wall, disposing the slurry / waste materials away from the immediate premises, without causing any damage to the existing structure and installations, including all labour charges, hire charges of tools etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

OD - Cleaning of air purging grid at Equalisation tank by removing all pipes and fittings, washing and cleaning inside and outside of the pipe for the smooth flow of air, refixing the pipes in original position with stainless steel clamps as required, including all labour charges, cost of required materials (cost of clamps, screws etc. ) hire charges of tools etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. ( cost for replacing the damaged portion of the pipe will be paid extra).

OD - Cleaning of air purging grid at Flocculation tank by removing all pipes and fittings, washing and cleaning inside and outside of the pipe for the smooth flow of air, refixing the pipes in original position with stainless steel clamps as required, including all labour charges, cost of required materials (cost of clamps, screws etc. ) hire charges of tools etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. ( cost for replacing the damaged portion of the pipe will be paid extra).

10.2 : Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

10.26.1 : Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approves steel primer.:- M.S. tube

13.7.2 : 12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix: 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

12.5 : Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+0.05%), total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length up to 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal, complete up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

OD - Commissioning of CETP and stabilizing the system as per the instructions given by the Engineer in charge to ensure the treated effluent characteristics fall within the parameters stipulated by the Kerala State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB). Including supply of Chemicals/nutrients/consumables such as PAC, HOCL, polyelectrolyte, urea, dia-ammonium phosphate, hypochlorite, cow dung, alum, lime etc. and labour and supervision for commissioning the plant. Trail run/ operation of the plant for a minimum period of 15 days after commissioning. Water and Electricity required during the commissioning and trail run period will be borne by RPIPL.
