Repairing Works:- Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc, and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of: 15.28.1 G.S. Sheet

Demolishing RCC work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters up to 10 metres span and 5 metres height incl;uding stacking the material within 50 metres lead: 15.14.2 Of sectional area below 40 square centimetres.

Removing white colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS:277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyster top coat 15-18 microns. sheet should have protective grand film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scrathches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drillling/ self tapping screws of size (5.5 x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 % ) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS:277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the steel and polyster top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete. 12.51.1 Ridges plain (500-600mm)

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per Manufactures specifications: 13.48.1 Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr/10 sqm.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per Manufactures specifications: 13.48.2 Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 Ltr/10 sqm over an under coat primer applied @ 0.75 Ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade. 13.44.1 New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position with necessary stainless steel screws etc. 9.3.2 Kilm seasoned and chemically treated bollock wood

Providing and fixing plain multipurpose cement particle board in ceiling etc. complete (frame work to be paid separately) 12.26.1 6 mm thick cement fibre board as per IS:14862

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead: 15.12.1 Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick factory made laminated veneer lumber door shutter conforming to IS:14616 and TADS IS:2001 (Part B), fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge and panelling with panels of: (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately) 9.6.1 12mm thick plain grade-I, medium density flat pressed three layer particle board FPT - I or graded wood particle board FPT - I, IS : 3087 marked, bonded with BWP type synthetic resin adhesive as per IS:848

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with bold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). 9.1.3 Kiln seasoned and chemically treated bollock wood.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, windows sills, facias and similer locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. 8.2.3 Granite stone slab all colour and texture except black, Cherry/Ruby red. 8.2.3.2 Area of slab over 0.50 sqm.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. 10.25.2 In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per Manufactures specifications: 13.48.3 Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 Ltr/10 sqm over an under coat primer applied @ 0.80 Ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Earth Filling:- Excavation, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.
