Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of crash rated Electro-Hydraulic Tyre Killers as per AvSec Circulars No. 02/2007 with latest amendments of length 3 metre each, for clear vehicle blocking suitable to work on Single/Three phase, 230/415 Volts, 50 Hz AC Supply consisting of Electrically Operated Remote Controlled Tyre Killer operating on Hydraulic power system, PLC/Microprossor based control panel (suitable for outdoor application), remote control, push button for local operation, safety sensors for human, loop detector for vehicle safety, Accumulator system for hydraulic operation in case of power failure, Logic circuit, manual operation, civil foundation i/c excavation of existing road and making good the same after installation of Tyre killers complete as required and laying of GI pipes for incoming & outgoing power & control cables ( approx. 40 Mtr), Hydraulic system, interconnection wiring between remote controls, etc. as required for complete functioning of Tyre killers i/c crossing the RCC drain (if applicable) by making suitable openings and sealing the gaps thereafter comprising of items and features as per site condition etc. complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of K4 crash rated electro hydraulic / pneumatic bollard system 01 set of 7 bollards as per AvSec Circulars No. 02/2007 with latest amendments for the road as per site condition suitable to work on Three/Single phase 415/230 volt, 50 Hz AC supply consisting of hydraulic power unit, PLC based, logic circuit, control panel, photo sensor(02 pair), loop detector, push button, remote control including switching operation in local and remote location complete as required including all major/minor civil works (excavation of PQC/bitumen road of required depth as per site conditions) and making good after installation, and supplying and laying of GI pipes and control cables (upto 50 Mtr), i/c crossing the drain (if applicable) by making suitable openings and sealing the gaps thereafter, comprising of items and features as per enclosed technical specifications etc. complete as required.

Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of motorised single leaf side opening Electrically Operated Remote Controlled Automatic Sliding Gate of 07 mtr. opaque, clear passage opening and 2.5 Mtr of rated height, suitable for 230v/415v, 50Hz AC supply, complete with control panel,remote control, push button for local operation, safety sensors and flash light, loop detector for vehicular safety, associated cables of suitable size according to load identified from nearest DB to control panel within GI pipes (approx. 50 mtr) and with all accessories including laying of cables, interconnections, civil foundation work, cutting the roads fixing the channel, concrete work, i/c crossing the drain (if applicable) by making suitable openings and sealing the gaps thereafter concrete work etc. complete as per site requirement etc. complete as required.

Supplying of XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured Aluminium conductor Power Cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size etc as per IS 7098 Part-I 1988 with upto date amendments etc as required. 3.5 C x 120 sq mm

Supply of minimum 90 mm dia (PN 6)/ suitable size HDPE pipe to lay 3.5CX 120 sq.mm above cable, ISI marked conforming to IS 4984,complete as required.

Laying of following size HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 4984, complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required. 90 mm dia

Supply and laying of following sizes of 'B' Class GI pipe in road crossing at required depth etc complete as required as per actual site requirements. 100 mm B class GI Pipe

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on cable tray as required. Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm (clamped with 25/40x3mm MS flat clamp)
