Material and labur for forming 25 mm thick expansion joint, filled with DURA boare HD 100 (Brand supreme or equivalent as approved) applying bond breaker tape on top of board for complete depth of joint ie. The thickness of concrete slab, provision of closed celled polyurathane backup rod 30 mm dia, filled with polyurethane sealant (minimum depth of sealant above backup rod shall be 15 mm) complying with BS-5212, BS-4254 and EN 41875-2003 priming the sides minimum MAF or 30 % with ten years performance guarantee and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent acciental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give neat finish to the sealant all as shown on drawing and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied for thickness of concrete sab 325 mm complete all as specified and directed
Material and labour for forming construction joint, 25 mm deep and 8 mm wide (using diamond cutter), providing polythene backup rod 12 mm dia and sealed with polyurethane sealant (Minimum depth of sealant 12 mm), complying with BS 5212, BS 4254 and DN 41875-2003 cm priming the sides minimum MAF + 30 % with ten years performance guarantee and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied complete all as specified and directed.

(ii) Necessay interclocking arrangement shall be provided for safety and operations (iii) Above switchgear shall confirm to relevant IEC (62271-200) for design, manufacturing and internal arc compliance. Any claims towards internal arc compliance, number of mechanical/electrical/short-circuit operations, gas-leakage rates etc. shall not be accepted unless substantiated via relevant type-test reports which will have to submitted along with bid. (iv) Cost of Provision of Plinth for RMU shall be deemed to be included in the cost inserted by the bidders.

NOTES: [i] The pipe size 150 mm NB & below shall be MS 'C' class as per IS 1239 (Part- 1): 2004 & IS 1239 (Part- 2): 2011. [ii] The pipe size above 150 mm NB shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS 3589: 2001. [iii] Minimum thickness of MS sheet for pipe size above 150 mm NB and up to 350 mm NB shall be 6.35 mm and it shall be 7 mm for pipe size 400 mm NB and above.

[e] 6 / 8 rows deep chilled water cooling coil section with 0.15 mm thick copper fins and 0.36 mm diameter copper tubes tested on 21 kg/cm², with SS sandwiched drain tray, etc. (a 350 mm service section between eliminator and heater is required) [f] Condensate drain pan fabricated from 18 gauge SS 304, powder coated and insulated with elastomeric insulation of suitable thickness [g] 2 rows deep heating coil section with 0.15 mm thick copper fins and 0.36 mm diameter copper tubes tested on 21 kg/cm², with SS sandwiched drain tray, etc. [h] AHU panel made out of 2.00 mm thick mild steel CRCA sheet, duly powder coated in compartamentalised construction with incomer and outgoing feeders for AHU motor, 3-way valve actuator motor, fire damper actuator motor, etc. complete with required variable frequency drive (VFD), relays, timers, contactors, PT, push buttons, switches, internal wiring, etc.
FIRE DAMPER
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of fire damper, at least of 120 minutes fire-rating, spring activated on melting of fusible link having melting point 67.13° C complete with smoke detector / thermister, fusible link etc. and actuator as required for operation, located in the SA / RA ducts, at all fire rated crossoevers (shafts, walls, etc.). along with control panel (located in such a way that the reset can easily be done), interlocked with the building management system for the fire detection or HVAC to trip / close in the event of fire/smoke in the respective zone and tested as per ULL- 555 and certified by CBRI complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
The fire dampers shall meet the following criteria: [a] Bare fire dampers with 400 mm sleeve [b] Control panel actuator, including electrical spring type actuator, remote indication of the fire damper position. [c] Interconnection wire for the fire detection & alarm system with the AHU and the smoke dampers [d] Sealing any openings around the sleeve of the fire dampers with approved fire sealant as per the specification & recommandations of the manufacturer.

Supply, fixing,cooecting and testing of OEM manufactured APFC panel with 7% Aluminium reactor of capacity 175 KVAR(Ouput) 440Va. The stage rating shall be 1x50 KVAR +2x25KVAR + 2x15KVAR+3x10KVAR +3x5KVAR The APFC panel shall be fully type tested at an Independent Laboratory and shall comply with IEC 61439-1&2 and IEC 61921,IS-16636-2017. The degree of protection of enclosures system of the APFC Panel shall be min. IP41 in accordance with IEC 60529. The capacitor bank shall be internet of things (IoT) enabeled and communicable/inegrable with BMS The APFC Panel shall be (Indoor) type conforming TO 13341:1992 & IS 13440:1993 floor mounted design,weather,dust and varmin proof suitable for humidity up to 95%. Average daily temperature :+35c max,Ambiant temperture 5c to40c, maximum altitude : 2000m. Approved Makes:-ABB/Schinder/Siemens/L&T make only.The OEM's specified cannot authorize any other parteners/sub vendors to manufacture APFC panels manufactured by OEM only will be accepted & factory acceptance test (FAT) will be carried out at OEM plant only. As Equipment shall be compraising of the following.
(a) Insulated bus bar pan assembly made from Aluminium and rated of 400 Amps capacity. The short circuit withstand capacity shall be 50 KA/1Sec(Icw) for the main bus bar and the rated impulse withstand voltage shall be 6KV
(b) The incomer of the APFC Panel shall be a320Amp,MCCB,3P50kA TMD type with O/L & S/C protection,Ics=100% Icu,MCCB shall have standard extended rotary handle, spreders,phase barrier. MCCB shall be of certified design confirming to IEC 60947-1,2 &3.
(c) Capacitor units:- The capacitor unit shall be metalized poly propilin film with Zn/Al alloy.The capacitors shall be encpasulted in an aluminium can. The capacitor unit shall have a rated voltage of 525V and shall have a maximum over current capacity of 2.5In. The capacitor unit shall have a built in 3 phase over pressure protection and shall have discharge resistor(50V in 1 min)fatory fitted and shall be tamper proof.capacitance tolrance 5%,+ 10% Maximum permissiable over voltage 1.1 x Un, 8Hrs every 24Hrs.The capacitor unit shall be of certified design confirming to IS-13340-1993,13341-1992 & IEC-60831-1&2.
(d) Short -circuit and overload protection :- each stage of the APFC panel shall have a suitable rated MCCB for short-circuited and overload protection.The over-current setting shall be adjustable & breaking capacity Ics=> 36kA. The MCCB shall be of certified design confirming to IEC 60947-1,2&3. The Detuned Reactor (Copper Wound) should be equipped with Thermal switches inside the winding which should cut-off the respective contactor in case of Over-temperature. Tolerance of rectors shall not exceed+/-3% of rated value.
(e) PF Regulator/APFC Relay : Advance Range PF regulator/microprocessor based APFC relay having 12 steps with a LCD Display,Voltage Range:90V-550V,50/60Hz,Ct Input:-1A/5A with a built in RS 485 communication port.ThePF Regulator shall be of certified design confirming to IEC 61326.
(f) Stage Contactor:- The capcitor duty contactors shall be rated for 230 Volts AC and shall be 3-pole type and shall be emploed for switching 'ON' and switching 'OFF' operation in capacitor banks. The contactors shall be AC-3 duty type. The contactors shall be of certified design confirming to IEC 60947-1 & 4-1.
(g) Reactor:- Harmonic block reactors copper wound with 7% filtering factor shall be connected in series with each capacitor stage and shall be of iron cored type. The reactor should be equipped with thermal switch inside the winding which should cut-off the respective cotactors in case of Over-temperture. Tolerance of rectors shall not exceed +/- 3% of rated value.Thereactors shall be of certified design confirming to IEC-60076-6
(h) Ventilating fans of required size shall be sued to dissipate the heat produce by the capcaitor bank components like the capacitor units, reactors,cotractors,breakers etc. The capacitor bank should be of type tested design and tempurature rise test report of the capacitor bank performed at an independent labortary should be submitted along with the offer.
NOTE;- the APFC Panels described as above complete in all respects as per specification enclosed,up to the entire satisfaction og Engineer-In-Charge.To ensure safety,reliability and accounatability of componetns co ordination, all the Major capacitor bank components such as capcitor units,de tuning reactors,PF controllers,circuit breakers,conactors and theenclosure system called for in this specification should prefrbly be from a single manufacturer. The OEM shall be preferably manufacturer PFC components and switchgear.
ACOUSTIC INSULATION
