Providing and laying Annual Surfacing (Periodic Maintenance) on Rud Panyali Lahar Machlaina Parmar Nagar (Rakh) (Village road) in km. 5/00 to 8/00 for the year 2026-27 in the State of HP

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer Plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406. The rates includes octori, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with BITUMEN emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic brooms and spraying tack coat at the rate of 0.225 kg (Zero decimal two two five kilogram) per square metre using mechanical means as per MORD technical specifications section 500 as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30mm (thirty millimetre) compacted thickness Bituminous Concrete with crushed stone aggregate of grading -II (Two), 13.2 (Thirteen point two) millimetre nominal size, using bitumen VG-10 (VG-Ten) ar the rate 5.5% (Five point five percent) of weight of mix and filler on thoroughly cleaned surface by mechanical broom and dust removed by compressed air, mixed in computerised batch mix/HMP of 80-100 (Eighty to hundred) TPH capacity calibrated from time to time, mixing the bituminous concrete as per approved job mix formula from approved laboratory, transporting the mix material in clean insulated vehicles covered while in transit or awaiting, tipping and laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required level alignment and grade, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem power road roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification section 500 complete , within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials, plants and equipments by mechanical transport, as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge. Nothing extra will be paid for higher bituminous contents required as per job mix formula. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and Laying hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm (Two decimal five milimetre) thick including reflectorising glass beads at the rate of 250 grams per square metre area, thickness of 2.5mm (Two decimal five milimetre) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH technical specification clasue 803 complete in all respect including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals . The rate is including octrai, royality, Malkana. toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
