Outsourcing for Manning and operation for HT 11 KV sub-station at 9IRSD 11 KV sub-station with VCBs, back up protection, Battery bank system etc located at 9IRSD including routine maintenance of HT feeders from Site -44 Naval Dockyard sub stationto 9 IRSD, HT structures, HT VCBs ,RMUs, back up protection, Battery bank system, distribution transformers etc located at 9IRSD, MO(V), WED, Ashoka Park,Pallava Park, Namac and NSB area including operation of DG set for perihery lights at Ashoka Park as when required and attending electrical breakdowns to external electric supply network from 11 KV MRS to 11 KV/0.433 KV sub-stns,routine maintenance includes minor replacments like fuses, jumpers, insulation taping, applying petroleum jelly, termination of burnt LT cables of transformers out goining by using lugs etc of entire 9IRSD, MO(V), WED, Ashoka Park,Pallava Park,Namac and NSB area including manning operation of 62.5 KVA DG set for perihery lights at Ashoka Park area for smooth and trouble free operation round the clock in 03 shifts of 08 Hours each all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Outsourcing : One Skilled operator ( Electrician ) and Semi-skilled operator ( Mate ). .

Outsourcing for Manning and operation for of HT 11 KV sub-station at CE(Navy) complex, and at CWE(V) area including routine maintenance of HT feeders from APEPDCL sub station take over point to MRS,HT structures, distribution transformers etc located at CE(Navy) complex, and at CWE(V) area and attending electrical breakdowns to external electric supply network from 11 KV MRS to 11 KV/0.433 KV sub-stns,routine maintenance includes minor replacments like fuses, jumpers, insulation taping, applying petroleum jelly, termination of burnt LT cables of transformers out goining by using lugs etc of entire CE(N) complex, CWE(V), ARO area with manning operation of 40 KVA DG set at CWE (V) office complex for smooth and trouble free operation round the clock in 03 shifts of 08 Hours each all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Outsourcing : One Skilled operator ( Electrician ) and Semi-skilled operator ( Mate ).

Outsourcing for Manning and operation for of HT 11 KV sub-station at NCB complex including routine maintenance of HT feedersfrom APEPDCL sub station take over point to MRS,HT structures, distribution transformers etc located at entire NCB area and attending electrical breakdowns to external electric supply network from 11 KV MRS to 11 KV/0.433 KV sub-stns,routine maintenance includes minor replacments like fuses, jumpers, insulation taping, applying petroleum jelly, termination of burnt LT cables of transformers out goining by using lugs etc of entire NCB area with Outsourcing for Manning and operation for of 40 KVA DG set -01 No and 62.5 KVA DG set -01 No at NCB complex area for smooth and trouble free operation round the clock in 03 shifts of 08 Hours each all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Outsourcing : One Skilled operator (electrician) and Semi-skilled operator (Mate).

Note for item No.1 to 3 :- (i) HT OH lines from respective APEPDCL/ Site -44 Naval Dockyard sub station take over point to MRS mentioned above to be patrolled once in a month for preventive breakdowns. Additional manpower required for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Necessary transportation should be provided by the contractor and the rate quoted is deemed to be included in per shift rate. (ii) The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of suitable capacity tinned copper HT fuse wires, HT discharge rod telescopic type -03 Nos, 11 KV tested HT Hand gloves -03 Nos and basic tools of HT 11 KV sub stations for each location.

(iii) The operator shall ensure by trial run and be alert to run the DG Set within 5 minutes of supply failure.

(iv) (a) HSD oil required for running DG Set will be issued under Schedule ‘B’ free for filling which will be made available at site by Department. (b) It is the contractor’s responsibility to maintain the minimum reserve of oil in tank at any time and as directed by EIC. (c) Necessary Men power required to load the HSD oil at Store yard and to unload the HSD Oil at site shall be arranged by contractor and the rate quoted shall include for the same.

(v) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of the cost of log sheets, break down register, complaint register, earthing testing register etc, and cost of T &P for maint work, minor consumables such as RYB indication lamps, PG clamps, PVC insulation tape, screws, washers, nails, Teflon tape, fuse wire, clips, bolts, nuts etc for day to day maintenance and repairs.

(vi) The contractor will ensure suitable replacement of electrician while on leave.

(vii) The contractor shall ensure that 01 No skilled and 01 Nos semi skilled electricians/ operator always be present in each shift. In case of absence of any worker the penalty of suitable amount per days per shift for electricians/ operator shall be imposed on the contractor.

(viii) The contractor shall be responsible to communicate the concerned JE/AGE /GE regarding any type of breakdown /fault within 10 minutes of the incident.

(ix) The contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the complete area (i.e. inside boundary wall ) such as building , lawn, garden, out side bus bay yard , hard standing , footpath etc in neat and clean position . All necessary T&P for cutting /cleaning of grass and vegetation will be arranged by contractor without any extra cost.

(x) One emergency light and necessary tools should be available in a tool box with operator for smooth functioning.

(xi) The contractor shall provide protective clothing , helmet, and shoes to all persons on duty and the cost of the same is to be included in the unit rate of item Sr No. 1 to 3 here in before.

(xii) Checking / testing of earth resistance of earth pits including earthings of Las and recording the same and improving the resistance value and maitaining the required level for safety of equipments.
