Electrical rewiring of Factory sub stations in side factory area

Taking Down carefully copper/Aluminium point wiring (light ,Fan ,Socket, power point ) complete (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, etc to be measured seperately) removing mateiral to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and making good ,disturbed surfaces of walls ,floors etc as per the instructions of EIC.

Taking Down carefully by unscrewing from board /outlets boxes fittings and fixtures such as switches ,sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tubelight fittings and regulatorsetc for reuse at site or carrying to the store ( to be measured only when found serviciable in all respect complete for reuse as per instructions of EIC.

Point wiring: Supply and fixing /Drawing of cables in PVC pipe of 1"or 3/4 " Dia ,one Light point or one fan point controlled by one switch with cables 1.5 sq.mm size of copper conductor cables FR PVC Make Finolex/Havells/polycab in PVC concealed conduit wiring ,includes all accessories like bends ,tees ,screws ,clips ,plugs,clamps,junction boxes ,cutting holes in or through walls ,fixing of wooden boards ,earth wire and nuetral etc and testing as specified all connections to be given by copper Pin/ eye type lugs including for earth connections complete all as specified by EIC.

point wiring: Supply and fixing /Drawing of cables in PVC pipe of 1"or 3/4 " Dia ,one 3 pin socket outlet 5 amps independent, with cables 1.5 sq.mm size of copper conductor cables FR PVC Make Finolex/Havells/polycab in PVC conduit ,includes all accessories like bends ,tees ,screws ,clips ,plugs,clamps,junction boxes ,cutting holes in or through walls ,fixing of wooden boards ,earth wire and all connections to be given by copper Pin/ eye type lugs including for earth connections etc, and testing as specified by EIC.

point wiring: Supply and fixing /Drawing of cables in PVC pipe of 1"or 3/4 " Dia ,one 3 pin socket outlet 15 amps independent, with 4.0 sq.mm size of copper conductor cables FR PVC Make Finolex/Havells/ polycabin PVC concealed conduit wiring ,includes all accessories like bends ,tees ,screws ,clips ,plugs,clamps,junction boxes ,cutting holes in or through walls ,fixing of wooden boards ,earth wire. All connections to be given by copper Pin/ eye type lugs including for earth connections etc, and testing as specified by EIC 's technical instructions amended from time to time.

LED TUBE LIGHT:Supply and fixing LED lights fitting 1x 20W, 220V,AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper onductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete. Ceiling Fan (BLDC):Supply and fixing ceiling fans completewith blades, down rods, electronicregulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five starrated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC)

Cutting Chases: Cutting chases , pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortor 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels etc; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring etc, and making good , cutting not exceding 10 cm girth.complete all as specified by the EIC

Painting: Distempering walls with distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted double coat.

SWITCH BOARD BOX WITH FRAME PLATE AND COVER PLATE 18 MODULE : Supply and Fixing of covering plates with Metal Flush box and cover plate frames of 18 module of make Legrand/ Schneider/ Havells complete all as specified by the EIC
