Note - 01 (for ser 01 to 05):- Comprehensive maintenance to Electrically operated passenger bed Elevators/Lifts also includes following minor repair/replacement works during the entire comprehensive maint period and contractor must includes the following in the above Quoted rate: (a) Replacement of Unserviceable Tubelights of the cabin of the Lifts. (b) Repair/Replacement of Unserviceable Cabin Fan of the Lifts, (c) Repair Of Electrical LT control Panels of the Lifts including replacement of contactor/isolators switches etc. (d) Servicing and testing of Shockers and all controllers of the Lifts. (e) Repair of Automatic Operated Gates of the Elevators/Lifts including Greasing and replacement of unserviceable contactor ,lock, sensors & switches. (f) Repair of Telephones and Manual Call Point and alarm systems of all Elevators/ Lifts

Note 02: - The entire work mentioned in item No 01 to 05, including comprehensive, preventive and periodical maintenance of lifts / elevators shall be got executed through OEM i.e. M/s OTIS Elevator company (India) Ltd only. The contractor will also submit the physical copy of MOU with M/S OTIS Elevator company within 15 days of AOC. (ii) Grade of oil required in gear box shall be India oil, Servo Mesh 320 pr Servo system 320 equivalant Grade of oil all as approved by Engg - in - charge. (iv) Any items not covered under as supply only shall be deemed to be included in this section for the smooth fuctioning of lifts and contractor may quote the rate accordingly. (v) contractor is expected to inspect the lift before quoting the rate.

Note 03:- (i) Contrator shall be attending complaint round the clock i.e 24 hrs. If contractor is not able to rectify the complaint, penalty shall be charged as given below :- (a) upto 1st day- NIL (b) 2nd day- Rs 1000/- (c) Subsequently for every day- Rs 1200/day (ii) Responce time shall be 3 working hours if any breakdown call is received during late hours the same will be attended by early next morning. The call back service will be provided with respect of WEF 9.00am to 5.30 pm in case of any emergency the service may be provided beyond this timing. As against major breakdown the time needed for repair/replacement of the following items to the extent indicated should also not to be counted as down time. a. rewinding/replacement of main motors 07 days b. Warm Gear 07 days. c. Speed governor rope 02 days d. Brake shoe liner 01 day e. Transformer Rectifier 05 days f. Tralling cable replacement 05 days g. Brake Magnet /Door drive motor rewinding alcement 05 Days

Note :- 04:- (i) All defective parts will be replaced by contractor within 48 hrs as per above mentioned Lifts. Replacement cost of defective parts will be included in above quoted rates . On failure, a panel recovery of Rs. 2000/- per day shall be made from the contractor dues. (ii) In order to certify proper maintenance of the system, monthly visit of Engineer from authorised rep of company to check the efficient running of all Lifts/Elevators is mandatory on part of contractor. The unit rates quoted by the tenderer shall be deemded to include this aspects. Necessary documents in support of deployment and visit of authorised representative from company shall be submitted by the contractor after each visit. On failure of visit by auth. representative or non submission of report by him, a panel recovery of Rs. 5000/- per visit shall be made from the contractor dues.

Painting of Elevators/Lifts Complete including Cabin complete and channel/Collapsible door of all floor 1st floor to 5th Floor complete with Spray gun and brush with synthetic enamel paint as per existing colour over coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of maintenance free Sealed Lead-Acid Battery of ARD (Automatic Rescue device) of Lifts cap- 12 Volt 12 Ah type EP-12-12 as per existing complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Exide/Amaron

Fire fighting

M&L for Checking, servicing, and testing of sprinkler control valve and making valve functional in each respect for all the Zones complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Checking, servicing, testing of sprinklers and replacement of unsv sprinkler and making sprinklers functional in each aspect complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing Sprinkler glass bulb type (Standard response) as per IS:15106/TAC guidelines 68 degree temperature rating pendent typ complete all as specified and directed

M&L for refilling of fire extinguisher by dry CO2 powder /as per exsting in 10 Kg cylinder complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installed fire extinguisher ball complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in Repair ,Testing & commissioning of Air Vessel tank /Air Cushioning tank including replacement of PRV (Pressure release Valve) and unserviceable differential pressure switch complete all as specified and as directed

M&L in Repair of Electric control panel of Terrace Pump complete with caliberation and testing of differential pressure switch and replacement of unserviceable contactor, relays , meter of control panel complete all as specified and as directed.(Note - defective material shall be measured and paid separetly under respective items) :-

(a) Supply and fixing Contactor TP MNX 25 including coil 230 volt complete all as specified and as directed.

(b)Supply and fixing Overload relay 10 to 35 Amps, 3 pole, directly operated complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for general overhauling of fire fighting engine type 100/125 replacement of new Engine Oil 20 W 40 graded including replacement of oil filter fuel filter & air filter complete all as specified and as directed (Note - defectived materials shall be measured and paid separetly under respective items )

a). Supply and replacing engine oil 20 W 40 graded complete all as specified and as directed.

b). Supply and replacing oil filter complete all as specified and as directed.

c) .Supply and replacing fuel filter complete all as specified and as directed.

d). Supply and replacing air filter complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair and arresting of leakage in Fire Hydrant MS pipeline (100mm to 200mm )by detecting of leakage and repair through patch work by electic welding /MS clamps etc complete all as specified and as directed

Repair and arresting of leakage in branch fire hydrant pipeline of any size in different ward/locations of MH by using patch work/electic welding /MS clamps etc complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of all connected accessories such as Self ,Battery charger (alternator) ,Radiator assembly and general servicing of Diesel Driven Fire Fighting Pump capacity 60 HP 1800 RPM Type 4R 1040 SM/MES No: 440A/7085-DG/10

Opening/Dismantling & Cleaning all Parts of engine head assembly for replacement of unserviceable parts of engine head including head facing , grinding and fixing valve seat , valve guide etc.

Opening/Dismantling Fuel Injector Pump & Nozzle set (Rotary pump) for refixing & replacement of U/S parts of FIP & servicing and caliberation of FIP & Nozzle with machine complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for taking out defective pressure pumping set centrifugal type of any make of 25 HP capacity by dismantling from suction and discharge pipe line and existing motor shaft, transporting to civil work shop for cleaning, scraping, painting, machine repair work and necessary overhauling, replacement of worn out and defective part including machining, threading, tapping all as required to bring the pump in perfect working condition and transporting back the same to its original location, re- assembling, installation, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note material shall be measured and paid separetly )

a). Supply and fixing in replacement pump shaft MS suitable for existing centrifugal pump set of capacity 25 HP complete all as specified and as directed.

b). Supply and fixing in replacement brass impeller suitable for existing centrifugal pump set of capacity 25 HP complete all as specified and directed.

c).Supply and fixing in replacement roller bearing and ball bearing suitable for existing centrifugal pump set of capacity 25 HP complete all as specified and directed.

d). Supply and fixing in replacement GM bush suitable for existing centrifugal pump set of capacity 25 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Testing & commissioning of Engine & Pump complete with testing of differential pressure switch and pressure gauges and replacement of unserviceable pressure guages and pressure switch if any after repair/replacement of U/S parts and servicing complete with the LT panel complete all as specified and as directed

a). Supply and fixing pressure guages 4"dial 0-14 kgs rating complete all as specified and as directed.
