Repairs/Re-carpeting of Bituminous Road in WWT and UGR at O. F. Itarsi.

Surface excavation in soft/loose soil not exceeding 30CM deep and avg 15CM deep and getting out including levelling etc.as per specification and as directed.

Excavating over areas in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 M deep for levelling depressions in existing pavement surface and getting out all as directed by EIC. .

Preparing surfaces of Black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. all as per specification and as directed.

Supply and Applying evenly a priming coat and tack coat with bituminous primer of Paving bitumen at 1 kg per 1 sq metre all as per specification and as directed.

(M&L) 200 mm thick Soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber all as per specification and as directed.

Preparing surfaces of Unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. all as per specification and as directed.

(M&L) Premix bituminous macadam (Prepared in hot mix plant) used in crushed stone aggregate of specified grading, binder (Bitumen) content not less than 4% by weight of total mix, transported to site by tippers, laid with paver finisher and rolled with smooth wheeled, vibratory 8 to 10 ton power roller, compacted to required gradient and camber, consolidated thickness 75mm or less ( Appx. thickness 50 mm) using paving bitumen of approved grade all as per specification and as directed.

(M&L) Bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete (Prepared in hot mix plant) 25 mm consolidated thickness with not less than 5.5 % binder (bitumen)content , transported to site by tippers, laid with paver finisher and rolled with smooth wheeled, vibratory 8 to 10 ton power roller, compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surface complete using paving bitumen of approved grade all as per specification and as directed.

(M&L) Premixed stone dust seal coat (Prepared in hot mix plant) with 0.06 cu.m. of crushed stone dust mixed with 6.8 kg of bitumen per 10 Sqm, transported to site by tippers, laid with paver finisher and rolled with smooth wheeled, vibratory 8 to 10 ton power roller, to a uniform smooth surface using paving bitumen of approved grade all as per specification and as directed.

Providing and laying type D-2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate ) cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as directed.
