Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in all kind of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work including chiselling wedging etc. with all lifts stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 meters clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers, when required in to plinth side of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with all lead and lifts of the material as directed by the engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work with concrete mixer and vibrator mix 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering as per the instructions of the Engineer-in charge including all leads, lifts of material & other incidentals .

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of form work & carriage of material within all leads, lifts & other incidentals.

Providing and laying cement concrete work with concrete mixer and vibrator mix 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm & down gauge nominal size) C.C. M-20 in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tamping complete , cost of centering and shuttering as per the instructions of the Engineer-in charge including all leads, lifts of material & other incidentals

2nd class brick work with common burnt clay building brick in superstructure above plinth level up to floor two level in cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand) as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of form work & carriage of material within all leads, lifts & other incidentals.

15mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering up to floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces(two coats)to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces (one coat) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, loose or softened paint as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
