Terrace Pump: Electrically operated Fire Pump of 180 LPM capacity high efficiency volute type with cast iron casing, cast iron impeller, pump coupled with a squirrel cage induction motor totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) type with a supply condition of 415 V 50 Hz foot mounted type for 5 HP at 2900 RPM including base plate coupling guard and all other necessary accessories.
Above Ground Piping: M S Pipe Class 'B' medium grade as per IS:1239 with ISI Mark complete with all necessary fittings such as nuts & bolts, bends, flanges, tees etc. Piping shall have one coat of anticorrosive primer coat of anticorrosive primer coat over which two coats of signal red paint.(100mm dia - 168mtrs, 80mm dia - 1mtrs - total 169 mtrs)
Butterfly valve : Butterfly valve, wafer type Stainless steel / SG iron disc, lever operated as per IS:13095 in PN 1.0, Teflon or nylon bushing, nitrile O rings in standard mounting flanges with hand lever type (100 mm dia)
Non Return Valve: Non Return Valve, single plate wafer type switch check valve, short pattern type with integral hinge pin disc, nitrile rubber O - ring seat and face sealing as per IS: 5312. (100 mm dia)
Hose Real : Hose reel drum made of Milled Steel, with mounting brackets 20 mm dia nylon braded smooth surface rubber hose 25 mtrs length with shut off nozzle
Ball Valve : Ball Valve cast iron body as per IS 5312 , 16 mm dia
Fire Brigade Connection: Fire brigade Inlet connection fabricated from 100 mm dia MS Class B medium grade pipe comprising of two 63 mm dia gun metal male threaded non return valve
Fire Extinguisher: Fire Extinguisher dry chemical powder type fire extinguisher ISI mark, 4 kg capacity with initial charger and installation brackets.
Service Charge : Laison work for Effective approval in writing, prepare and submit drawing and other necessary documents, attend all tests and inspections carried out by Local Fire Authorities, The official payments to be made for any security deposit / Statutory Chelan fee etc.
