Dismentling of 12 meter high mast light system with mast shaft be from sector 5th. and carry it to sector 3rd. for installation and shall in two section, hot dip galvanised, inside & ouside on single dip-suitable for wind velocity as per 875 part 3. It shall also inlclud accessories for high mast including head frame,3point suspension system with steel wire rope 6mm dia,double drum winch,galvanised lantern carriage arrangement suitable for upto 6 luminaries symmetrically & its control gear boxes and lighting final. Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from steel alongwith nuts, washers anchor plates & templates with internal power tools bottom dia 340 mm top dia 150 mm.(GE/Valmont/BPP/Bajaj/Surya and Polycab make), complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the direction and best satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Supply of control pannel comprising ofmain MCCB 100 Amp,3 no's MCB and reverse forward 3 Phase with 3 no. Automatic timer switch with epoxy powder coated approved paint and bonding to the existing earth etc. For housing of suitable control circuit for the operation of high mast. It shall also consist of suitable of suitable control for preparation of power tool mirrior complete with timer as approved by Enginer in charge, complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the direction and best satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Installation and errectionSI/TC of LED flood light fitting made of pressure die cast aluminium housing with system minimum lumers 24000 IP66 of 300 watt of GE/cromptem/BPP/Bajaj/Surya/Havei/Valmount make, complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the direction and best satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Supply and errection of LED aviation 6/10 watts aviation construction lighting fixture made of cast aluminium fitted with polycarbonate cover as required complete in all respectGE/cromptem/BPP/Bajaj/Surya/Havei/Valmount make, complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the direction and best satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Construction of suitable shallow foundation with M30/M25 grade concrete for high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity as site as 10T/Sqm. At2 mtr. Depth with all material and labor cost(As design of may fare or its equivalent), complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the direction and best satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Erection of highmast installation of control panel and testing, commissioning of 16 mtr. with the help of suitable equipments and wiring of luminaries with all wiring material & labor including carriiage of material from company to site, complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the direction and best satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing following rating four pole 415 volt isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connection, testing and commissioning etc. As required, including carraige of material within all leads and lifts40 AMP category_A(L&T,GE, C,C&S standared make, complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the direction and best satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing of all following way,single pole and neutral sheet MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface/recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, detachable gland plate blanking plate, cable identification labels inter connections,phosphatized and powder painted, including earthing etc. as required including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.Double door 8 way(L&T.FE.C&S standared make), complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the direction and best satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying and following rating four pole ( three phase and neutral)415 volt residual current circuit breaker (RCCB) having sensivity current up to 300 MA in existing MCB DB complete with connection, testing and commissioning etc. As required, including carraige of material within all leads & lifts,catA-40 amps.(L&T.GE,C&S standaed make), complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the direction and best satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and Laying of one no aluminium conductor PVC insulated & PVC sheathed armoured cable/XLPE power cable working voltage 1100 volts grade direct in ground , to be laid in 1mtr. Below ground level including excavation sand cushioning protective covering and refilling the trench etc. of required size including carriage of material with in all leads & lifts armoured cable10=6mm square four core, complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the direction and best satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Earthing with GI earth plate 600mmX600mmX6mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclouser with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc.(But without charcoal or cock and salt) complete as required, complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the direction and best satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Extra for using salt and charcoal for GI or copper plate earth electrode complete as required, complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the direction and best satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing 25 mmx5mm GI strip at 0.50 Mtrs. Below ground level for earth electrode conductor including soldering etc. as required, complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the direction and best satisfaction of Engineer in charge.
