The tenderer shall clearly specify whether the tender is submitted on his Own (Proprietary Firm) or on behalf of a Partnership Firm / Company / Joint Venture (JV) I Registered Society/ Registered Trust / Hindu Undivided Family( HUF) / Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) etc. , The tenderer(s) shall enclose the attested copies of the requisite documents (including Power of Attorney, if opted) for constitution of their concern as per Cl.14 of GCC-Part-l and as per a)Clause 17 of GCC - Part-1, for JV b)Clause 18 of GCC - Part-I, for Partnership Firm.
Copies of the following documents are to be uploaded: (i) Details such as Name of the tenderer/ Contractor, Validity of DSC, Complete address with pin code, contact number (ii) Copy of PAN card (iii) Copy of GSTIN card.
A copy of NEFT form duly filled in the details as necessary to be uploaded. (The Tenderer/Contractor not having NEFT form may down load the empty NEFT form available in Document site)
Submission of Annexure-V under document verification certificate- As per Advance Correction Slip No.4 dt.7/8/2023 to GCC - 2022, the tenderers shall submit copy of certificate stating that they are not liable to be disqualified and all their statements/documents submitted along with bid are true and factual. Standard format of the certificate to be submitted by the bidder in form Annexuere-V Non-submission of the above Certificate(s) by the bidder shall result in summarily rejection of his/their bid.
Submission of Annexure-V(A) under Document Verification Certificate. In case of other than company/Proprietary firm, Annexure-V(A) shall also be submitted by the each member of a Partnership Firm/ Joint Venture (JV) /Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) / Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) etc., as the case my be. Non-submission of the above Certificate(s) by the bidder shall result in summarily rejection of his/their bid.

| Operation and maintenance of Sewage treatment plant at Ponmalai as per special conditions with all contractor's operators, lead, lift, decent , tools and plants, taxes, incidental charges etc., complete by the contractor and as directed by the Engineer's representative. Note : 1.On daily basis, during every working day of the shop, automatic operation of the sewage pump is to be monitored by the contractor ensuring that water is pumped without any overflow during the working hours of the shop. Whenever the pump is not operating, the contract Staff has to intimate to Electrical SSE/JE- colony maintenance and operate pump manually or as directed.2. Minimum One semi skilled and One unskilled staff are to be used for sewage pumping as well as for housekeeping inside STP boundary by removal of weeds, and watering of garden/ MIYAWAKI/Bamboo tree plantation inside STP on daily basis.3. GOC shops has installed natural DEWATS type waste water treatment as alternate process using Anaerobic digester and Anaerobic baffle reactor. The same are to be operated on daily basis.4. The contractor has to ensure free flow of water in the percolation filter, planted gravel filter and activated carbon on daily basis. 5. Vermicomposting is to be established and maintained for treatment of residual sludge and the vegetable matter generated inside the compound. The contractor has to use the compost in gardening inside STP. 6. The contractor should assist for taking samples during inspection by TNPCB officials. The monthly sample testing water cans (2 nos per month) for STP water is to be arranged by the contractor.7. Register is to be maintained for recording pump running hours, and electricity reading from pumproom panel and sewage water received and treated water sent for gardening from Electromagnetic flow meters on daily basis.8. Sewage water flow into the collection well will be ensured by Contractor.9. Electricity will be provided by Railways free of cost for operation of STP and water recycling. 10. At the end of the contract period, the contractor has to handover the assets in working condition. 11. The contractor has to arrange and ensure wearing of uniform and Personnel protective equipment(PPEs) and Labour Insurance.12. The rate is including GST.
