Sub Head -I: MAINTENANCE OF E&M INSTALLATIONS Periodical Maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical Installations of New TB of all areas involving repairs & maintenance & attending to complaints /faults/breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the systems, carrying out preventive maintenance as per schedule attached, maintenance of records/documentations etc., as per the detailed specifications, terms & conditions covered under this contract on all days including sundays & holidays etc as required. 1.Contractor has to depute the manpower as mentioned below. 2. Contractor has to provide Reliever for Weekly Offs / Holidays for below mentioned staffs as per the requirement)".

Supply of 2.5 mfd rating capacitor suitable for 1200mm celling fan and operate on 220V 50HZ AC supply as per approved make list.

Supply of 20 Amp Switch socket Combined with box suitable to operate on 230v,50Hz AC Supply complete as required as per EIC .(Make: Anchor Penta model no.39996 or Equivalent as per approved make list.)

Supply of 06 Amp Switch socket Combined with box suitable to operate on 230v,50Hz AC Supply complete as required as per EIC .(Make: Anchor Penta model no.38820 or Equivalent as per approved make list).

Supply of extension cord with 04 universal socket with Master Power On/ Off Switch with LED Indicator having surge protection fuse at input with minimum cord length 1.5 Mtr.suitable to operate on 230v,50Hz AC Supply complete as required as per EIC.(Make: Anchor model no.22047 or Equivalent as per approved make list).

SH-3:Yearly maintenance of ACB's , VCB's and Dehydration and top up of Transformer oil at New Power House. Carring out yearly maintainance of different capacity(800 to 3200 Amps) ACBs of LT Panel through authorised service dealer of OEM or equivalent by overhanding,cleaning of contacts with CRC,greasing, calibration of tripping mahcanism, testing & submitting the report etc. complete as required.

Carring out yearly maintainance of 630 Amp capacity 33KV HT VCBs of HT Panel through authorised service dealer of OEM or equivalent by overhanding,cleaning of contacts with CRC,greasing, calibration of tripping mahcanism, testing & submitting the report etc. complete as required.

Supply of Insulating transformer Mineral oil"TRUOIL"(Or equivalent) For 2 MVA Capacity Transformer installed at New Power House.

De-hydration / centrifuging & tesing of transformer oil by using filteration machine for installed transformer 2 nos. (each 2 MVA capacity) to get desired di-electric strength of oil upto 60 KV BDV etc. as required.

Visiting charge for any modification required in PLC programming by deputing PLC manufacturer engineer of M/s Power and instrumentation(Guj.) Limited,Ahmedabad for the same.

SH-5: Miscellaneous Petty Works Execution of the item of works as per requirement of site from the CPWD schedule of rates(DSR-2018)As per CPWD specification complete as required(Total amount od Rs.1,00,000(Exclusive of GST) is kept for DSR items-2018) Percentage above or below CPWD schedule of rates E&M 2018. (Item will be executed as per requirement) (If bidder wants to quote above 10% then write 1.10 similarly if bidder wants to quote below 10% write 0.90)in rate column.
