Material and labour for french polishing with best quality french polish on exposed surfaces to bed plywood top (except top ply) upto good looking after removing the old polish from emery paper with grinder machine and preparation of wooden surface by providing putty and burnt seina and scrubbing with emery paper upto smooth surface of old polished surfaces by providing putty and scrapping the unwanted spot on wood surface as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (FD-246 & 247)

Supply and fixing new long rail of G.I tubing 32mm bore medium grade duly threaded both ends all as specified and shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make:-Jindal/TATA/Prakash(Surya)

Labour only for making short rails from the unserviceable long rail parts under item No. 19.02 above including cutting and threading at the both ends and fixed in position complete all as per drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement with new stiffener of length 825mm approx made out of GI tubing 20mm bore medium grade will be welded under the plywood top of Charpoy GI pipe as approved and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Makeof GI Pipe-Jindal/Tata/Prakash(Surya).

Bed Hard Steel (FD/E6/MAP/08(R)

Supply and fixing in replacement of new plywood of size 1980x900x12mm thick BWR grade with steel screw to Bed Hard Steel as per IS:303 including removing unserviceable plywood all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Make of plywood-Archidply/Centuryply/Greenply/Kitply)

Supply and fixing in replacement of new prelaminated particle board exterior grade with PVC beading all round including removing unserviceable prelaminated particle board and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Makeof Prelaminated particle board:Associates/Eco Board/Action Tesa)

Supply and fix Hard rubber shoes for Bed hard Steel size 25x25mm square and best quality all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for tightening to Bed Hard Steel with electric welding complete including preparation of surface and removing the unwanted welding spot all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for painting to frame of Bed Hard Steel with synthetic enamel black paint including preparation of surface with rubbing with emery paper to bed hard steel all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Charpoy MS Pipe (IP Steel) (FD/MAP-II/01)

Supply and fixing in replacement of new plywood of size 1980x900x12mm thick BWR grade with steel screw of Charpoy MS Pipe as per IS:303 all as directed by Engr-in-Charge including removing unserviceable plywood.(Make of plywood-Archidply/Centuryply/Greenply/Kitply).

Supply and fixing in replacement of hand board size 585mmx300mm with one side prelaminated particle board top openable with PVC edging with hinges and screwed to 25mm dia mild steel all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of one piece PVC seat and back of size 432x330mm as shown on drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of frame of chair school with hand board made out of 25mm dia MS conduit pipe 1.6mm wall thickness duly welding complete and shape all as shown on drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable steel rod 5mm dia basket made to shape 7 Nos at equal distance complete size and shape all as shown on drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Filling Cabinet 4 drawer steel (TP)

Supply and fixing in replacement of drawer of size 520x420x300mm with new drawer made of 1mm thick M S sheet including 02 Nos Telescopic channel to each drawer duly two coats spray painted with synthetic enamel Grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Desk 1220mm (FD-1021)

Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable box of Desk 1220mm long with new box made out of 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade including 4mm thick teak wood beading all-round all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. M & L for painting to frame of Desk 1220mm long with as in synthetic enamel black paint including preparation of old steel surface with rubbing with emery paper and providing 04 Nos PVC shoes at bottom of legs of Desk all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Charpoy IP folding with hard top (FD-388(R)) :

Supply and fixing of plywood BWR Gde as per IS:303 of size 1980 x900 x 12mm thick (Make of Plywood:- Greenply/Duro /Century Ply/Kitply)

Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable frame with 25mm dia MS conduit pipe of wall thickness 16 gauge all as shown on drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L to repair of joints and members in accordance with standard specifications all as shown of drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for painting to frame of Charpoy IP folding with synthetic enamel black paint including preparation of surface with rubbing with emery paper all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for spray painting to frame of form w/o back except seat planks with synthetic enamel paint of OG colour all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (FD-77(M) & FD-1027).

Spray painting to Locker bed side Steel with synthetic enamel Olive Green spray paint internally and externally, after removing of loose paint and providing putty after removing denting and making good of bends surfaces if any and refixing of loose shelves with MS stay hook as required, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (FD-257, CCE/KLP/46)

All as per Srl item No. 36 here-in-before but spray paint with synthetic enamel Olive Green paint externally portion only to Locker bed side steel. (FD-257, CCE/KLP/46)

Spray painting to table office clerk steel except top with synthetic enamel Olive Green paint internally and externally, after removing denting & dust, preparation of surfaces by providing putty and red oxide primer where required complete and providing 04 Nos rubber shoes of table all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
