M&L for removing of blockage from WC/floor trap/Nahani upto 1st manhole and flushing with water for cleaning including removing the sludge if any out of MOD land and burried the sludge in pits of depth exceeding 1.50m and of required size and covering pits with minimum 30cm thick layer of earth work complete all as directed. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) The contractor will depute a person for collecting complaints from concerned executives and solve the complaint within 48 hrs (b) If contractor failed to rectify the complaint within 48 hrs, the panel recovery for each complaint shall be twice the quoted rate per day for delay period.

Desludging of soakage well/soakage pit/septic tank/manhole by taking out sludge from inside of soakage well/soakage pit/septic tank/manhole and removing the sludge out of MOD land and burried the sludge in pits of depth exceeding 1.50m and of required size and covering pits with minimum 30cm thick layer of earth work complete all as directed and to the entire satisfaction of Engir-in-Charge (solid deposited sludge only to be measured). Note : All T&P and pumping set shall be provided by the contractor.

De-watering of soakage well/soakage pit/septic tank/manhole by taking out water collected in soakage well/soakage pit/septic tank/manhole and removing the same out of MOD land. The water desposed off in a pit of require size complete all as directed and to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge (liquid volume above solid sludge deposition to be measured). Note : All T&P and pumping set shall be provided by the contractor.

M&L cleaning of sewage pipe line 150mm dia by roding from manhole to manhole/gully trap and flushing sewage line with water for cleaning including removal of sewage if any out side MOD land complete all as directed.

M&L cleaning of sewage pipe line 100mm dia by roding from manhole to manhole/gully trap and flushing sewage line with water for cleaning including removal of sewage if any out side MOD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors, kota stone, granite flooring, tiles flooring and paving's not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition), complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over area depth not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over area depth exceeding 1.5 mtr but not exc 3 mtr deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated materials (soil) to a distance not exc. 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L loose broken bricks aggregate of size 40mm to 80mm as in soakage well complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete,1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channels or drains etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, cills steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones(fixing hold fasts), bed plates, water through and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use of form work (straight or curved) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L precast reinforcement cement concrete M-15 (Nominal mix 1:2:4), type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in manhole cover set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items but formwork included in this item.

M&L reinforcement cement concrete M-15 (Nominal mix 1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in roof slab,beam,coloum etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.(inner girth only measured)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6 m mean radius with old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per the description of serial item No 22 here-in-before but except bricks. Note : Old bricks obtained against demolition shall be used.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks in one brick thick honey combed walling built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to rough finished surfaces of concrete for roof slab etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and breaking up 150/160mm bore drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including taking out of trenches/fixed to wall including all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150/160mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed, in any length with rubber rings joints, laid in trenches or in floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested in plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) for 150mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off the premises and leaving the work clear of any plastering complete all as specified & directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar(1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions on brick masonry wall surfaces or fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto & including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers & binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed .
