ITEM NO. 1 : Cutting holes n. exc 150 Sq. cm into or through brick walls built in cement mortar 1:3 and making good in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO. 2 : Cutting openings, through brick walls built in cement mortar for door, window and other openings or enlarging existing openings, converting window into door openings etc. or cutting out defective brick work for under- pinning, including providing, fixing and removing shoring, cleaning and stacking bricks, removing surplus serviceable bricks, hard-core, etc. to store and rubbish not exc. 50 m from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO. 3 : Forming jambs, etc to openings, including cutting, toothing and properly bonding into old work, also facing, jointing and pointing to match existing work; built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO. 4 : Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (5mm thick rendering provided as floating/ setting coat over 10 mm thick rendering ) on fair/unfair faces of brick/concrete surface as in sunken portion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO. 5 : Taking down Cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls incl raking out joints hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO. 6 : Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces , trowelled to even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO. 7 : Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6,on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing , trowelled to even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO. 8 : Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, on brick or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound, trowelled to even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separately.
ITEM NO. 9 : Rough cast plastering over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 and while it is still in plastic state, the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate ( of size between 6 to 12 mm ) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1: 1: 1 shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregates are thoroughly covered complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Rough cast plaster shall be applied as specified in clause 14.22 of SSR Part-I .
ITEM NO. 10: Supply only liquid water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.11 : Rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 as in soffits of slabs/Chajja/ Sunshade finishing the plastered surface even & smooth w/o using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.12 : Rendering dubbing out average 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on irregular surface of soffits of slabs/Chajja/ Sunshades etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM No 13. Cleaning the wall surface with wire brush & water and applying a coat of super latex compound mixed in ratio of 1:4:7 (Super latex + water + cement) on brick/concrete surfaces before applying rendering all as recommended by manufacturers and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.14 : Preparation of untreated / old external surfaces of walls including brooming down and applying white cement based wall care putty in two coats and minimum thickness 1.00 mm in each coat and finished thickness not less than 1.00 mm after applying emery paper or sand paper and two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint, over a coat of primer as per manufacturers instructions etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM No 15. : Preparation of untreated plastered or old decorated wall surface by applying white cement based wall care putty in two coats and minimum thickness 1.00 mm in each coat and finished thickness not less than 1.00 mm after applying emery paper or sand paper to get smooth surface to receive painting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.16 : Preparation of newly plastered of wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.17 : Preparation of rough cast plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Measurment purpose only flat surface shall be measured)
ITEM NO.18 : Complete removal of existing treatment including preparation of wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white cement based primer incl preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.19 : Preparation of old decorated plastered/unplastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.20 : Complete removal of existing treatment on walls and preparation of surface and applying two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of primer including white cement based wall care putty in two coats and minimum thickness 1.0mm in each coat and finished thickness not less than 1.5 mm after applying emery paper or sand paper, if undulation is more than thickness may be more and make the wall undulation free complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.21 : Preparation of old Plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot moulds, moss, efflorescence salts treating oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of white wash on walls/ old decorated surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.22 : Preparation of old Plastered or un-plastered surfaces of ceilings etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot moulds, moss, efflorescence salts treating oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.27 : Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) and (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description & in any position of facia / downward facia including cutting of reinforcement and finishing the surface with cement mortar 1:4 including providing of throating/drip-course complete including cutting of reinforcement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.28 : Use and waste of Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves inncluding supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. (rough finished flat surfaces of concrete), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.29 : Use and waste of Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings , slab over manholes similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) (rough finished flat surfaces of concrete), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.30 : Use and waste of Formwork to sides and soffits of plinth bands , lintel bands, shelves etc and edges of concrete flats, breaks in floors, openings in concrete walls, floors and roofs and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping, and similar work all exceeding 20cm wide complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.31 : Use and waste of form work to chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges and similar work for fair finish surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.32 : Use and waste of formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide (rough finished surfaces of concrete), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.33 : Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, bed block , copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating with and including using necessary use and waste of formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.34 : Reinforced Cement Concrete of M25 design mix using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately.
ITEM NO.35 : Reinforced Cement Concrete of M25 design mix using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately.
ITEM NO.36 : Reinforced Cement Concrete of M25 design mix using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in chajjas and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately.

ITEM NO.45 : First quality, Non skid ceramic, coloured, rectified i.e. straight edge (locally known as joint free) tiles of size 600 x 600mm each and of thickness not less than 7mm, in verical surfaces such as skirtings, dados and risers to steps etc (by cutting the tiles to required height) over & including 10 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) screed, set and jointed with tile adhesive with notched trowel and pointed in grout of matching shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.46 : Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 400 x 400 x 6 to 7 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) screed bed and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.47 : Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450 x 300 x 6 to 7 mm thick (square/ rectangular) or of size area of each tile exceeding 0.12 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, on vertical surface such as skirting , dado etc. over 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 thick set and jointed in neat cement mortar and pointed in white or colour cement to match tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.50 : Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc of any description or thickness, laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.51 : Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18-22 mm thick, for staircase step in single piece (of length not more than 1200 mm), laid over over & including 15 mm thick (average thickness) cement mortar (1:3) screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and granite polishing (mirror finish) complete, including provn of two Nos 3x3mm grooves at tread of each step complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.52 : Machine Cut Kota stone slab 18-22 mm thick on vertical surfaces like riser of steps, skirting, in single piece (of length not more than 1200 mm) over & including 10 mm thick (average thickness) cement mortar (1:3) screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (Mirror finish), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.53 : Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick, laid over & including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (mirror finish) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.54 : Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick as in skirting, dado and pillar, laid over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (mirror finish) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.55 : Granite jet black shade, 15-18 mm thick, (table rubbed and polished) in single piece (in one direction) machine cut, machine polished, bedded and jointed with adhesive suitable for granite/stone & pointed with grout of matching shade including necessary cutting, over & including 20 mm thick (average thickness) cement mortar (1:3) screed, as in cooking platform, shelves, RCC counters, window cills & similar situations, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.67 : Plain, solid, straight 2nd class Hard wood chowkhats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on solid, rounded or chamferred, put together with glue pinned at joints supplied and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.68 : 35mm thick factory made Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.69 : 35 mm thick factory made glazed & Skeleton shutters of 2nd class hard wood open rebated & prepared to receive glass or gauze etc without sash bar open rebated with edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut & mitred beads for securing glass or guage etc size ofstiles rails etc as specified in sec 8 clause 8.24 (a) of SSR Part-I (2010) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.70 : Solid PVC door frames of size 50mm x 47 mm made out of 5mm wood grain printed PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, and edges will be painted to match with printed sheet, supply & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.71 :Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded flush Door Shutter, 28 to 30mm thick(stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with WOOD GRAINED printed 4mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 4mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.72 : Factory made box type steel windows with pressed steel frame complete including mild steel acessories like lugs, door stopper, holdfasts, pintol hinges, handles( minimum One for each shutter), and ISI marked tower bolt 150mm size (minimum 2 for each shutter) etc. with or without glazing bars dovetailed or welded with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer, complete all as shown on drawing No. TD-276(R), Sheet No 1/4 to 2/4, 3/4, 4R/4 and as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Fabrication as per TD-276 (R) SH 1/4 to 2/4, 3/4, 4 (R) /4 (ii) Mode of measurement Unit will be in Kilogram for the complete window except Glass/ Gauge but incl fittings, ISI marked iron mongery and Grill/ Guard bar complete as per TD. The weight of windows will be finalized by the BOO to be convened by CWE. The weight shall not include PCC back filling of the chowkhat. (iii) The PCC back filling in chowkhat of window, Sheet glass and wire gauge will be measured and paid for separately against respective items.
ITEM NO.73 : Factory made steel window fixed type (fabricated from P-tube section as shown on drawings) including necessary mild steel acessories etc. with glazing bars dovetailed or welded with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer, complete all as shown on drawing No. TD-220R Sheet 3/3 and as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.74 : Stainless steel butt hinges 100 mm long heavy weight and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.75 : Aluminium alloy anodised extruded fabricated type handle 150mm long and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.76 : Aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) 250 mm long and fixing with bolts extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.80 : Dismantling stucturel steel work as in door chowkats, shutters, guard bars and similar items but excluding framed truss complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.287 : PVC conduit 15mm dia with 1 run of 1.5 Sqmm copper wire drawn through including cutting and chasing in wall and accessories such as bend, T, socket etc for invertor circuit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.288 : Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exeeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying of pipes in trenches and getting out inlcuding dressing/trimming sides and levelling, gradeing and ramming of bottom or excavation, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.302 : Supply only chain link mild steel galvanished fencing any size or type complete all as specified and as directed.
ITEM NO.303 : Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires any mesh any size and type to any type of standards, rails straining bolt etc including provn of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Chain link fencing shall be paid as supply only vide item No 302. above.
ITEM NO.304 : Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strainging bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc.complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-Each line wire to be measured
ITEM NO. 305 : Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n.exc 10 cm long & 5 to 12mm dia complete all as specified and as directed .
